My roots were matched perfectly, the grey coverage is amazing. They send enough product that you’re not scraping the last drops to get coverage and most of all during this quarantine and just overall, this is really convenient. I would always need to go to a salon for highlights or a cut but no longer for roots, which used to be very six weeks and always took a chunk of time out of my busy schedule. Now I do it at home when the kids are sleeping and it works our perfectly. Best of all it’s really inexpensive for the quality, perfect match and convenience.

I've tried many hair color products in the past and was curious how this product would compare. The color is beautiful, it was exactly what I wanted. It's been four weeks since I colored it and my hair is soft, shiny, and the color still looks like it did the day I colored it.

I've used boxed colours and had salon colour to cover greys. This product is better than any box I've tried and even vies with a salon colour for a much better price. The colour match is great and I like that you get nudged to make changes if you wish

Finally the color of my dreams was achieved. After having my hair colored at salons and not always be 💯 excited that the colorist had the experience to achieve the perfect result I was paying so much for and settling for basic is a tough reality. I was very scared to color on my own hair but after the detailed questionnaire and explaining one on one exactly what I wanted and then receiving it has been an absolute game changer for busy women around the world‼️ I will never go back to waiting for an appointment or spending a fortune again.

Fun to get the custom created color box with items that help make putting on color incredibly easy as you get everything you need to do the job. Submitting a pic helps in guiding the colorist to a beautiful color better than the retail "box" and easier to follow instructions. Grey coverage is thorough and color is even! The shampoo/conditioners left my hair silky and so touchable that I got compliments an hour after I finished! Thank you for these quality products. Much thought has been put in the creation of these products, ease of color selection, packaging, how-to videos and ordering. Hope you create an app that helps find/replicates a good cut or styles to match the ease of coloring my hair. So happy about my color, thanks again!

My first e-salon colour was a little too golden for me (the result I was after was a light brown, with a teeny golden shine) so I requested a slight change. My new tweaked colour arrived and it still needed a little tweak. The 3rd month my new colour turned up, after my request to make it more neutral, and all I can say is THANK YOU! It's perfect, I absolutely love the colour! I have spent years trying to get the result I now get with e-salon...hundreds and hundreds of pounds spent in salons trying to get the colour I now have. I was at a point where my bad experiences in salons made me too anxious to go back, and I saw e-salon online and thought I would give it a go. After 3 attempts I am now where I have always wanted to be! The service is great, the application is quick and easy, and my hair looks like it could have been done in the salon, but it was done by my own fair hands, a colour brush, and a bit of determination. I am so happy, as I have spent years worrying about my hair, and now I am exactly where I want to be. I get lots of compliments too! Thank you e-salon.

esalon produce a lovely rich, silky feel that is long-lasting and has almost no colour cast on pillows etc. It was easy to change my colour when I asked for a little more va-va-voom my colourist, Freddie knew exactly what I meant. Lovely results.

The eSalon team is very helpful in finding just the right solution to make my color look the way I want it to. When I open my package every 8 weeks it's like a birthday present just for me. I love the way my hair looks, and I especially love how luxurious it feels. So much easier than an in-person salon and I have more control over how it turns out! It's the best color I've ever had!

I loved how easy the process was from start to finish, from the website to the actual coloring process. Sadly, my roots had grown out so much that it was tough to get the exact color I wanted, but I'm hopeful that my second attempt will do the trick! Highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a quick color update on a budget!

Due to COVID-19, going to a salon was out of the question. Flip side, I really didn't want to use a drugstore box color. I watched reviews for eSalon and decided to give them a try. I'm never going back to a salon again. My color is fantastic. I've washed my hair multiple times and the color has stayed. It's also very shiney and soft. Awesome product!!

I am a newby at this and I followed the directions exactly as they were given. The process went pretty smooth considering I have never done this before. The color is a pretty good match. I must say that I miss my highlights and could use some suggestions on that. Also, it did cover up the gray nicely.

I have been using salon for about 4 months now, my hair is healthier and looks so much better. The color is perfect and easy to use. I asked to make some adjustments, my requests were take care of and my hair looks great!

Love this color! No smell and leaves my hair soft.

Never again will I pay the high cost of Salon prices! This hair color lasts for 6-8 weeks and it conditions and gives my hair shine that I don't get from a pricey Salon! eSalon... I love your product!

Always had my hair colored & hilighted by a professional salon. I was so nervous doing my own coloring - worried about losing my highlights & maybe the color for my roots would be too dark. Well, I must say the color from eSalon is perfect! And, they are very generous with all the enclosed products in the box. Also, my hair not only feels full of body, it smells terrific, as well. Had difficulty with separating hair - I have very long hair, very fine, and a lot of it, so separating the head into a quadrant was not only difficult for me, but troublesome in taking small amounts to color - esp. the back of my head. I can see one small area on the crown of my head that I missed coloring. However, with more experience, I think I’ll do a much better job. ESalon’s products are so fantastic, incl. their customer service, that I’m sure I won’t be going back to my salon. Thank you eSalon - you can count on me as a long-term client. 😊

I loved the packaging and the attention to detail. It was very well thought out. I was impressed. My husband laughed at me because he bought a store dye for his hair and said overpaid. Everything that I needed was included and my hair came out looking very natural compared to my husbands hahaha. I told him how they have a men’s line and I could order him one next time and he agreed since my color came out very natural :)

I really love this color. I’m a brunette with straight should length hair, I have about 30 % of grays and all other brands I have tried in the past don’t cover gray much and makes my hair brassy and fades quickly. I get medium brown and love it.
