I ordered a color in may to cover my roots. It was a bit off so I emailed the colorist and she adjusted the color in June and I am so pleased with the outcome. It's exactly what I wanted. No complaints nothing but compliments.

Was easy, the Color looks so natural of Dark Brown. Color Shines, doesn't wash out fast or Bleed off by Sweating. I Love the Touch up Color Refresher to use twice a Week to keep Brassiness Away & Color Rich it Works Well ,too! I Do think it's Pretty similar to what I was using g by Clairol, little more Natural looking plus having the Color Refresher to use "between Shampoo & my Conditioner. " I Do tho k the Future prices are little High forme at $34.00.. I'd pay 25.00 w' tax etc every 2 months for Your Color Kit, but I DONT Need the Color done every 6 Weeks tho. I only Color e wry 2 to 2 1/2 months. Please change how Often it's sent. I'm Disabled & Hope You have a Lower Price for my Fixed income. I understand if You Can't, but may not be able to continue auto Shipments for very long if You Can't.. I m going to tell my 42 yr old Daughter about this product. I think k She would Like this Also...Thanks for the Great Natural looking Color !

I have red/copper hair which is very difficult. My stylist nailed it this time. My hair does not cover well. I have different shades of red, copper and toss in a little blond. The products are very well packaged, with great easy-to-follow step-by-step instructions and as for the little sticker in the box, brilliant idea. When you set up before colouring your hair it feels like you're having a day at the salon everything your need in one nice box. I've been struggling with my grey roots for the last 3 years or so and used store-bought dye which worked but I felt I was still fighting my roots within a couple of weeks. I decided to give E Salon ago. They have nailed my hair colour and I couldn't be happier. My first order was a good colour but I wanted just a hint of red so I sent my instructions to the colourist and she or he got it spot on. Whoever you are thank you so much. I hope whoever is reading this that you have the same good experience as I did, I won't be buying hair colour or products from anywhere else. Go ahead and give ESalon a whirl.

I have colored twice with these products and am very pleased with the color match. When I pull up a section of hair from my crown area, you cannot see any line where my previous color was done. My hairdresser was impressed!

I cant rave enough about not only the products but the customer service & my personal Colorest. They're all EXCELLENT. I use to get my hair colored at a salon but due to changes with my finances I was forced to give up that luxury so I figured I would try this company. I'm so glad I did. I will never go back to paying a salon when this product has over exceeded my expectations.

My hair turns brassy red from sun, chlorine, whatever. The custom mix of color I received is perfect for me, drabs out most of the red without being too dark or flat looking. Very thoughtful packaging, including a serving set of gloves and a sticker to keep the directions off the counter!

I love the service and products, I’d stopped using home dye from the supermarket because my hair was being fried and frazzled, then I tried going to salons for a bit and honestly it wasn’t an environment I felt comfortable in, it was so expensive and my hair type wasn’t really understood (curly!), so I looked into home dye with professional colour and found a YouTuber with similar hair to me who swore by eSalon. I’ve never looked back since, I’ve changed the colour subtly a few times, I love the result so much. I am almost fully grey at 28, so I have to dye my hair every 3-4 weeks. So this really is the only option for me and I’m so happy to recommend it to anyone thinking of trying it. I recommend ordering the fully colour tools kit and learning how to use the brush. Professional application at home.

I was looking at this brand for so so long and finally took the chance and ordered it. From choosing the colour they recommend for me to washing out the colour, everything was perfect. The instructions were so clear, even came with a little sticker so you can stick the instructions on the mirror whilst doing your hair! There was plenty of product to cover my entire hair. My hair looked amazing, so soft, greys gone & colour amazing. I looked like I’d just walked out of a top rated hair salon! Definitely my new go to! Recommended to my mum and she loves it just as much for me, I’m a dark brown & my mum is a light/beige blonde and both of our hair looked amazing!

I have been using e- salon color for a while now. Before I was using Madison reed. After the pandemic, they got stingy with the accessories they would normally send & sloppy with the packaging, so I decided to try e- salon. I am very happy I did! I love that they are so concerned & helpful when mixing your personal hair color. I had been using one with a different tone to it but wasn't really happy with it. They asked many questions & had me send them pics so they could see what I was trying to describe. Well I asked for a different color tone & they got it exactly right! I love my new color! And it is so easy to use. My hair is pretty short so it only takes 10 minutes to put on. The kit they send is so neatly packed & they personalize it with my name on it. Those personal touches mean alot to me. I would highly recommend anyone to try them! Their price is reasonable & worth every penny!

I was so happy with my first order. When it arrived and said black I waited 3 weeks before using because I usually do my hair dark brown and was afraid to go black. To my surprise it was just a perfect color and plenty color for my long hair with some left over.

I've coloured my hair twice now with my custom shade, and so far it's been wonderful. What a relief not to go to the salon anymore, I actually tried eSalon because I have a neck injury and cannot handle the sinks at the hair salon, it was like being tortured. So to be able to colour my hair at home, and remove the colour in the shower is just brilliant! I have a warm beige shade with a bit of gold and it's just the right brightness, it covers my grey (which is dominant at the front only). The instructions are so easy to follow, and I have the bowl and brush which make application so easy. The colour doesn't irritate my scalp in the slightest, something that has been an issue for me in the past. I love eSalon and I'm so happy I decided to try it.

Product is thick enough that it does not run into my eyes and is very easy to use. I especially like that two sets of gloves, stain guard and stain remover are all included in the package. The color consistently is the same and it looks very natural. Never leaves hair looking brassy or too dark.

I love this entire concept. Gone is the stressful guesswork of trying to choose a color that will work and not turn out to be a nightmare. Reds are difficult to begin with and my color turned out perfectly. My roots are very difficult to cover thanks to my grays but they are mostly covered. Gone are the days of box dyes and Sally’s then praying for a favorable result. I have been using eSalon Custom Color Set for 10 years. I get unsolicited compliments on my hair all the time. So many people say in regards to my hair "You just can't get that beautiful color in a box." I always just smile and say thank you. Inwardly, I'm saying "Oh yes you can :)"

I have been messing around with your average supermarket box dyes for months now to get rid of my red roots to blonde, trying to avoid spending over £150 in a salon and 3+ hours in the chair. I coloured my hair last night with the eSalon products and I am already beside myself happy with the results, the colour is even from roots to ends. Great colour. I really needed an alternative to salon colour as it was too expensive for me every 6 weeks so I am just thrilled to have found this product. Can't believe the results. My biggest fear was build up of colour causing ends to turn BLACK but because of the careful directions it doesn't happen. Love it and excited about it!!! :) :)

Few months ago,I tried hair color with esalon. Loved it so much, decided to try again when came time needed color. Only this time I wanted to make a little change. I ask to go just little darker. I wanted Dark Ash Blonde. I was amazed at our come. Simply live the color. And my hair looks so different after coloring. Seems more better than store bought coloring.. I would recommend the esalon to anyone . Thank you !

I have tried several at home color companies and this time eSalon knocked it out of the park! Great gray coverage and matches my natural color to a T!!! No nasty ammonia odors and my granddaughter said it smelled "amazing". Followed the directions closely and it was very easy to do. Will be looking forward to my next shipment!

I needed a color to cover all my highlights and and toner while I let me gray grow out. My new growth was darker than expected and eSalon got it perfect and without a picture. I am super excited about what's in store for me as I collaborate with eSalon to do my hair at home because they thought of every little detail from the optional application process to the little tape for the mirror. My first time was so successful and I can't wait to do it again because the result was so amazing.

Color was slightly uneven on my roots the 1st time, I sent in my instructions to adjust the color and it came out PERFECT. They quickly answered questions about my technique (I have thick curly hair, a lot of it and long), so I got uneven color the first two times I dyed it but I knew that owed to my technique. The third time around with the color-correction and changing my technique, I feel like my hair was salon-colored! 100% recommend!!!

The process was fairly easy, especially for a 1st timer. I just used the bottle to apply my color but I will be trying the brush next time to see if it is easier.

Love the color results and the package came with everything I needed to accomplish the job. I do own a application brush which I prefer using but it's not necessary to achieve the end result. I did decide to go a darker red so we will see how that is. The multi high and lows in this dye make it look so real and natural.

I tried a fabulous demi-permanent violet color; it turned out perfectly! So easy to apply, instructions were easy to follow, everything was packaged perfectly. I also appreciated the touch-up color. I have really long hair and was never concerned that the dye would run out before I got all of my hair covered. Highly recommend!

I’ve been using esalon for a few months now and find the color to be fantastic, had to make a few adjustments but the process was easy and the results were great, love the packaging, the easy instructions and just the quality of the product, my hair is in great condition and the color is natural! My only negative is I wish with a subscription shipping was free!

Asked got my colour to be slightly changed after my first order and the colour is now perfect. My hair feels in great condition, the shampoo and conditioner that comes with the colouring set leaves my hair feeling soft and silky.
