I have purchased my hair colour from ESalon for very many years and am absolutely delighted and would not consider looking elsewhere. However I could not get on with this product it irritated my scalp so much I had to re-wash my hair! I then sprayed in on to my hands and ran it through the mid to ends of my hair to avoid my scalp, but it did nothing for my hair at all it looked decidedly dull and flat. So no I would not recommend Triple Prep.
Also just one final point why put white writing on an orange bottle it is absolutely impossible to read. The same with Shine Silk. The writing on the orange bottle is again impossible to read!

Since I blow dry and use a flat iron after I shampoo, I wanted to try Triple Prep since I read a lot of good reviews about this product. However, it wasn’t what I expected. This product left my hair somewhat stiff and feeling greasy. I thought that maybe I used too much, so I tried it again after shampooing, but, even after using a little, it left my hair feeling greasy. I couldn’t wait to wash my hair again to get the greasiness out. I won’t be using this product anymore.

I love the velvet primer and was hoping this would be similar or equally as beneficial but it just makes my hair feel like it needs to be washed. Whatever the protectant is in this formulation really gunks up clean hair.

Triple Prep made my hair frizzy. Blech. My curls are not well defined and I’m since I only wash my hair every 3 to 4 days, I get to walk around with a bad lid. Very disappointed. I would have given zero stars but that wasn’t an option. At least it smells nice.

Took a long time to dry my hair and my hair felt sticky. It does add volume if that's what you are looking for spray this on your wet hair comb it through and blow dry and you'll have volume. That's my experience anyway. I just don't like the stickiness, but I don't typically use products in my hair.

Felt more like a volumiser than heat protectant. Difficult to brush through it while blowdrying. Can’t speak to its heat protecting properties but it did give a lot of volume at the crown.

I really wanted a heat protectant that also smoothened my hair. I did not notice any difference with this spray and other drug store brand versions like Tresemme.

I was excited to try a new heat protectant spray, especially one that promises to help with humidity as well. It smell great and sprays easily but it leaves my hair feeling dry and full of tangles by the second day. With other products my hair is smooth and I can actually put my fingers through my hair. This product makes my hair feel awful. I really wanted to love this but I just cannot.

I was excited to order this product, after reading the reviews. And I was expecting to love it, as I’ve had good luck with pretty much everything else I’ve ordered from e-salon. I’m trying to grow my hair out and be better about protecting my hair when blow drying.
The first time I used this and dried my hair, my hair felt gross...as if I hadn’t washed all of my shampoo out. The texture felt weird and I fought the urge to wash my hair immediately again. I didn’t think it was the product though- I genuinely thought I just didn’t wash my shampoo out enough or something. I only wash my hair maybe once a week now, as I work from home permanently and rarely see human beings (LOL) and washed my hair once a week for a few weeks with this same result, and the only thing that had changed was the triple prep, but I just kept assuming it was something else.
I then went away one weekend to visit my mom, and used her hair products while away. My hair felt great, and normal. When back home, I washed my hair, used this product, and dried my hair again...and that’s when I realized it WAS the triple prep that was making my hair feel so disgusting. I will never use it again.
My hair is fine, but I have a lot of hair; so it appears thick. Maybe this would be better for people with thicker hair types?

The directions are written in a very small font in white on a light orange bottle. Did anyone in the marketing department check to see if their customers could actually read them? I had to go back on line to get the directions.

I used this several times and it seemed okay but the smell was a bit overbearing and gave me a headache (I am sensitive to scents). The last time I used this product,it made my head itch and burn so badly that I had to shower and wash my hair again.
