This it the best home hair colour I ever have.
I normally went to hairdresser to have my colour done but with lock down so I decided to do if myself. The team and instructed are very helpful easy to apply colour, after colour my hair so soft, shiny and healthy looking. Definitely going to continue my next order. Thank you x

I had asked my stylist for a shade a little bit darker than my previous order and she delivered! The shade is beautiful and it’s so easy to put on. I love that the product makes my hair so shiny and soft. Love it!

I am a color-at-home newbie and was scared to take the plunge. With the pandemic and roots for days, I decided to give it a try. My strawberry blond is a difficult color and first try the red was a bit too deep. But after discussing adjusting the mix, Paul nailed it! Beautiful with golden highlights in one application Thank you. At first I was concerned about the addition of Ash and Beige tones, but those additions were an inspiration. Would highly recommend the service and products supported by excellent follow up and customer service.

I loved the formula and the results. My hair looks shiny and healthy!! And I really can't wait to test and see how it looks under daylight for this fall season!.
I was a bit sceptical as both the colour and developer seem a bit more liquid than what I usually use, but was impressed with how creamy it became after I mixed them.

I always color my hair at home and I wated to give this a try. I loved the color, application process was easy. My hair was very soft afterwards. So happy with the outcome of my hair color! It has been many, many years since I have colored my own hair and several orange roots later! Salon highlighted for last 12 years but unable to go to the salon due to Covid so decided to try eSalon and very happy I did! I am amazed at the great color match from a photo! The kit and instructions were super helpful and made the experience enjoyable. The products are great, the conditioner is wonderful!

The color is a great match for me which is fortunate since my hair colorist has not yet gone back to work. Very easy to do but still need a little help from my husband. Overall, very pleased with the product. There have been some shipping problems but that is due to the US Post Office.

Just colored mine for the first time and it turned out beautiful! I used a medium blonde for root touch up only and it blended beautiful and looks very natural! It covered my gray very well, no harsh smell and it did not burn my scalp like the salon color does! Love the shampoo and conditioner that came with the set smell is very nice and it made hair feel soft. I also purchased the cape, gloves, bowl and brush to apply the color and all were great products made very well just like the salon ones. Also purchased the tint rinse and weekly retreat and cant wait to try them both! I have referred Esalon to my daughter's, friends and family this is such a great way to do it your self! Thanks Esalon!

Ok so here we go... 1st time trying this out and let me tell you... im in love. The presentation was fabulous. The color and easy step by step details also was great. My hair felt a little dry at the ends but that's normal for coloring. Over all i liked it all especially the tint rinse which adds extra shine. Only thing was i didnt get the color i wanted exactly on the 1st try so hoping the next set will be just right

I’ve been contemplating using esalon for over 12 months and I was always a little sceptical and a bit scared to stray from my norm but on Sunday night as I lay in bed looking for something to buy I thought you know what I’m doing it!!! And am I glad I did!!! I have to say I’ve been colouring my hair now since I was 12 years old and I’m now 25 or have I got that the wrong way round?! Yes 40 years and it’s took me that long to find one this good! It is by far the best hair dye I’ve ever bought! The kit contained everything I needed, (apart from a full protect body suit to stop the mess I get into!) even down to the most amazing little stain removing wipe which was worth every penny I paid!!! The instructions were fool proof and the presentation amazing! It was also the first time I’ve used a home product without thinking I was about to run out!!! The coverage on my hair was amazing and even covered the 3 (hundred!) grey hairs that I have! The tones are beautiful and the overall shine is dazzling!!! If I had to make one little adjustment it would be for a little extra conditioner as I felt it wasn’t quite enough! Having said that I managed!!! If you have the slightest hesitation about stepping away from your usual colour, don’t!! I can assure you you won’t be disappointed!!!!

I was so nervous about coloring my hair after having it blonde for so long. I love that my color expert took everything into consideration. She asked for more pics, and then called me to discuss a filler pre rinse. It was included at no extra cost. Two bottles of color were sent, and one was more than enough. There was nothing that wasn’t thought of for this!!! The color is absolutely beautiful, and I’ll ALWAYS use this company going forward. Also, the price is perfect!!!!

I was concerned about switching from Demi permanent to permanent and my colorist assured me it would be a good switch. I was blown away by the color. My natural color is a very dark brown/ black. In the past coloring my hair the black shades always looked fake and the browns weren’t dark enough. Finally I have found a natural soft black that looks perfect!

The color is perfect! All I wanted was something to enhance my natural dark blonde, and you guys nailed it! It has a golden hue and shine to it, instead of being so dull and flat, all the while still looking completely natural. It matches perfectly, and looks amazing. I couldn't be more pleased. I can't wait to add low lights to it!

I wanted a subtle change in color and when I received the color kit and followed the directions, the result was exactly what I wanted. Also, my hair was soft and conditioned. The quality is much better than what I was using which I purchased over the counter. I’m happy I switched!

Love customization. It was easy to set up, shipped quickly and received right on time! The packaging was simple, but really cute. I loved the poem on the box. I purchased a demi permanent dye. The coloring process wasn't any harder than buying a box from the store, but the color itself had more dimension and richness than a box. I wasn't able to use mine for three weeks after receiving it, so right now I'm 2.5 weeks and 3 washes in. I bought the Tint Rinse, too, and have used it twice. It still looks like day one. No fading, hasn't dried out and there's no gray hairs popping through. With its low price point for your first order, with add on items at a discount, it is worth trying out. However, you will be reordering!

As I already have coloured hair and was worried it would be completely different colour! It has been great, it was easy with great instructions, really lifted the old colour and looks awesome.

I have to say I was hesitant to try at first but so happy with the results! Like many people, during pandemic lockdown I "experimented" with my hair, lol. It was bleached, dry and damaged when I first used this product. I sent in a pic of my hair and they sent me a color fill along with my requested color. Thank God they did, because without that color fill - I would have been patchy and (gulp) possibly green! Instead, I had beautiful all over color and my hair immediately felt and looked healthier. I've colored twice now and my hair is so much better!

They work with you to get color just right. Mine needed to be altered for more gray coverage. 2nd batch was just perfect.

My colour comes out perfect every single time! I have had to vary colour slightly at times but, each time it comes out great. The product is very easy to use and the directions walk you through step by step. Prior to using eSalon I had never colored my own hair. I’ve always paid for the best colourists and stylists and let me tell you, I was paying $100’s of dollars more 💸 than what I pay for eSalon. In 2009 I was in a car accident and my symptoms gradually got worse and the the thought of sitting in a salon chair for hours, was not an option anymore. So I thought I would try giving eSalon a try and I am so happy I did. Now I can colour my hair from the comfort of my own home and save $$$. No more salon's for me!

I am so glad I made this purchase months ago. I have such a hard time with box dyes and cannot afford $400 salon visits. The coloring process is so easy with this kit and I love how they can specifically match shades for ME!! Cannot wait to try lighter shades!! Thank you!!

I have always used permanent color, but when I talked with a esalon colorists she thought I should try a demi permanent so I don’t get the line where my gray is. I was skeptical, but tried it. I love it!! The color lasts a long time and looks great!! I am so glad I listened to her.

If you have grey hairs, this is a great color that lasts longer than any color from a box at the store to even at a salon, that I have found. ( Some of the grey's did come back around 8 weeks but when I used other colors ALL of my grey's came back within like 2 weeks). Hope this helps. And the customer service is great in my experience, I needed to change my color (I went too dark) and it was simple and easy to change it and the lady even explained instructions on how to fix it when I did get my new color. :)

This is the only hair color I will use for the rest of my life. Everything claimed was real! Color is solid, great dimension and gray coverage. Wish I’d paid attention sooner.

It is nice to actually sit back and relax with confidence that your hair color is exactly what you asked for. No guessing the outcome here! Colorists are on the mark in developing, adjusting or changing your color if you are not satisfied.

This rinse provided me with a stable medium blonde color. I added a purple tint to it as I love purple. It toned it down to provide a mauve gray hue to my hair which I love
