Was worried about ordering colour online but described what I wanted and you absolutely delivered. The instructions were easy to follow, the formula didn’t drip and I didn’t even need to use the colour remover. Almost a month later and the colour is still great, I won’t be going back to my hairdresser

I wanted to say thank you to my colorist Tamara. She helped me get the look i wanted with the light set and my base color. Super happy! An FYI... if you have naturally curtly and fine hair the light set will create tons of lift... if you aren't looking for it being too light then have less processing time... so very happy!

E-salon has changed my hair colour world. I get to talk to a colourist who takes my exact (ginger grey) needs into account, adjusts the dye as my hair adjusts to e-salon and gets it spot on with every request. Not only that, but it's so easy to delay or pause your order if you don't need to dye for a bit. Has honestly revolutionised my hair colour. Thank you.

Recently esalon has gone through some changes and they all have been for the better. The new color formula is so much smoother, less potent smelling, and comes out SO much better in the shower. The new shampoo and conditioner also works so much better.
Overall I am very pleased with the changes!!

I really love this product and like that we get to color match our hair ourselves. My only issue is that my gray is a lighter brown once colored -- but I can deal with that, it is not gray!
While it is wonderful to get rid of the gray roots, your color products seem to really care for my hair. My hair has not felt this way since around 2008 -- way before I started coloring my roots. It is nice to know that my hair texture will be restored and feel so good after I color my hair!

this is the first time I had used e-dalon. So happy I tried. The roots were a bit dark and the all over color was beautiful. They are trying the roots with a shade lighter this month. Fingers crossed 🤞 it is perfect. Company is really good about working with you.

I haven't colored my hair since early March and I haven't colored my own hair in over 20 years. I was super nervous about application and final product because it was a two step process for roots and overall color. My grays are also a completely different texture than my other hair and they were a good 2 1/2 inches long. The process took a while to do, and I had to get my daughters to help me with the back of my head, but Oh. My. Goodness. Your marketing is spot on. Your product did EXACTLY what you claim it will do, and I truly do feel like I just stepped out of the salon. My color is natural looking and my hair feels great. Thank you, Crystella! And thank you, ESalon! I love my hair color!

I debated just going grey but saw the add for eSalon online and decided to try it. It was as easy to use as other products and I love the color. It looks very natural and covered the grey well. I imagine I am one of many who have turned to esalon during lockdown. This was a very clever and professional service. The photos I uploaded allowed someone to correctly adjust the colour shade I chose to obtain the results I wanted, which I was very grateful of. I’ve never applied colour to my own hair before but didn’t find this too difficult, since a brush was supplied. The roots colour for my grey and the end colour for the rest all blended really well. Condition is great and grey coverage too. I did miss a tiny bit of grey but I think I managed to be over zealous with the skin protector and may have gone to close to my roots with it on one small area but I think I did a reasonably good job as a novice. Very pleased all round and looking forward to the next instalment!

I had... had... to post this right after I colored today! I am in love with my new color - this is the color I have wanted for years! None of the stylists I went to ever quite got it - but your colorist did! When I first ordered esalon, I loved the process of everything but I wasn't a fan of the color. I have dyed my hair for over 40yrs now and always used box dyes. After getting ill my hair really did suffer. After it grew back i found it was a lot thinner and a few spots where it did not return. I wanted to try this for myself as the reviews were amazing. I’m so glad I did because it is wonderful. My hair literally shone once it was dried. My hair feels so much better and looks better too. I have been pretty frustrated with formula in the past couple of years. Color was great, however rinsing my hair after coloring it was such a struggle. The formula would leave a heavy waxy film in my hair. So much so, I was on the brink of canceling my membership. The new formulation is a dream. It rinse right out of my hair after 1 shampoo vs 5-6 shampoos.

Covid forced me in so I tried esalon. Really great product. Easy to use and follow directions. Product was gentle on my hair and did a great job covering grey. Consultant was easy to communicate with to adjust color.

Ok, I will admit I was skeptical, and the entire time I was coloring my hair, I kept thinking OMG, my hair is going to be black!! Even as I combed it out, I still had it in my mind that it I was going to look like Elvira...
Let me tell you.... I LOVE IT! It’s got such pretty undertones!! It’s dark at the root and I can see golden with a little bit of red.. amazing job.. 5 stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️!

I bought your product while the salons were closed due to Covid-19. I was so impressed with your packaging, easy instructions and the custom colour. I love everything about it, I shared your site with my hairdresser and she helped me choose the colour. I also love the follow up that you gave and 100% satisfaction guaranteed! I have cancelled for now as our salons are now open, but my hairdresser is worried that I may have found a way to replace her...(not for now”.

First off, I love the packaging. It’s pretty and personal and makes me feel like I’m getting the full salon experience without the 2+ hours of sitting and the $250 spent. The product itself it so easy to use and I appreciated the customer service through and through. Would recommend to a friend!

I love being able to go ahead and do my own hair and avoid going to a salon and paying over $100 to get it done. I have long hair and it normally takes at least two batches of color. With the color and then the root color esalon provides I can do it all myself and my hair looks amazing. I have it set up on continuous mail out subscription every 5 weeks which is awesome..

I cannot believe how natural my hair looks. Just the colour I asked for and, to be honest, even better than the colour I get at the hairdressers. Easy to apply and the condition of my hair is great. Love it!!

Have been getting professional highlights for several years. My natural hair is turning white in the front but is dark blond in the back. I needed something to apply at home that would even out the color. This product did an amazing job. I put the toner in the developer and applied it to the dark blond parts, waited 18 minutes, then pulled it through the old highlights and white streaks for the last two minutes. The results are amazing! The resulting color is soft and blended. It was so easy and cost about 20% of what a salon treatment costs. I will definitely continue using this product.

With the professional stylists unable to work because of the virus, this product saved me! The first time it was too light, so I quickly was able to speak with colorist, adjust and bravo! Great product with excellent customer service!

I. Usually have a gold highlight added to my hair color!
First I would like to say, my base color of medium brown had such a richness to it! It was beautiful! The highlights were in a different bottle and liked to scare me to death! I switched from gold highlights to copper! Honey! The color I got was Pippi Longstocking! I have always been adventurous so I trusted the colorist and put it on! Holy Cow! It’s perfect! I love it! She knew what she was doing!

First off, packaging is lovely! It feels very special to receive a personalised box with everything in neat little packages and super clear, friendly instructions. I'd never dyed my hair myself so was very nervous, but this was super easy! The results were great- greys gone, natural brown but gorgeous tones and silky conditioned hair.

I contact my colourist and asked for a more burgundy tone rather than a mahogany tone, which is what I usually get, and the results were amazing! I am really happy with the colour change, slightly darker and slightly more burgundy. I highly recommend this company! It’s so easy!

I've been colouring my hair since I was a teen. Boxed colour and recently beauty supply colour. But I never could get the colour I really wanted.
My kit was very good, had everything I needed to do a complete job myself, and the shade is just what I wanted.
I'm hoping my brown will stay ashy and not turn reddish as time passes. I bought the red neutralizer treatment so I'll see if it keeps my brown fresh.
