I have been coloring my hair for decades and tried different colors in between salon visits. As I have gotten grays, the traditional box colors just don't seem to do the trick - the end result is always too dark, doesn't cover grays, or the tint is wrong. With a custom color, I've been able to achieve the color I want and it is easy to adjust it. Plus, the package contains everything I need, and the instructions are very clear. Highly recommend!

This is the first time I have used esalon (completely on a whim, to be honest!) and I must say I am not disappointed! Going to the hair dressers is expensive and long winded and box dying at home is always a risk, it was safe to say my hair was in a bit of a state... A mess of off-colour tones from years of bad dyeing at home (not to mention roots half the length of my hair because I had grown to hate doing my hair!). When my first little parcel arrived, I was actually so excited to do my hair - it was well presented and looked really good quality! Less than an hour later, I had finished doing my hair and had literally achieved the best result ever! My hair is finally an even, natural looking colour with warm undertones, the shine is incredible! I cannot fault this colour at all, it's easy, reasonably priced and - dare I say- better than salon quality! So impressed!

I decided to box dye my hair from the drug store and ended up with a disaster that I needed to fix. 2 box dyes later it was absolutely worse. The only way I would be happier is if it the product were FREE. My hair color is perfect. I sent a picture through the e-salon website to help the colorist prepare the hair dye. I received the hair color products in the mail timely and undamaged. Application instructions are clear and easily understood. E-salon provides an application brush, protective gloves, shampoo and conditioner for one application and a product to help prevent dye stains around your hairline. The autoship is easy to manage. If I'm not ready for the next shipment, I can easily change/push out the shipment date. E-salons is saving me at least $130.00 every 5 weeks. I love e-salon.

I have tried many products in the past which either weakened my hair or after the first wash , faded. This product however, maintains the colour longer. The silky finish lasts longer and the general texture of my hair is visibly smoother. Yes, I would say that it has given me more confidence and now I know that there is a product that I can rely on. My sister helped me color my hair. We used the brush and bowl and it couldn't have been easier. The color is multifaceted, shiny and rich. The ends are a little dry but nothing that I didn't expect. Great kit!!!

I am enjoying this product. For coloring my hair at home, it is working out great. A little more expensive that the color at the store and cheaper than the salon. My hair seems to healthier. It is also extremely nice to have it show up at my house when it is time for a touch up.

I’m so happy with my color! I’m not always comfortable choosing a color. My colorist has found the perfect match for me. I told my hair stylist that I just started using eSalon instead of buying boxed hair color options at CVS or Walgreens. He was so intrigued and impressed with the ordering process and quality of color. And he was glad that I was getting a consistent color, custom made for me.

I usually use box dye cause it relatively is cheaper and easier, but this product and website is awesome and you actually know the developer volume! And if it’ll work!

I absolutely LOVE this color! It is super rich and vibrant, without looking fake. I got tons of compliments from random strangers who definitely thought it was natural! I cannot believe how shiny and healthy it made my hair! I finally found the color for me! I am never getting my hair colored at a salon again!

This has to be the best hair color I've ever used! I have a few grays starting to come in and this stuff covers it and lasts! I've found I have to color my roots less using this product and am able to go longer between.

I needed a color correction.i kept trying to fix it myself but it was horrible.i didn’t want to go into a actual salon an be lectured over it,so I decided to give esalon a chance.i made sure to send a picture an explain I wanted my hair to be even from root to tip.an my personal mixture was perfect.my hair looks great!very happy

I love my colour! The kit is easy to use and the colour is beautiful!! When i use store bought hair colour it fades away after two or three weeks and my greys start to show . My esalon colour stays beautiful and shiny. I am a very happy customer!!

Alright y'all, I'm typically a salon only girl. Then came this thing called adulthood and bills and mortgages..and my greys starting taking over since I couldn't afford $100+ everytime I needed a cut and color. So I gave Esalon a try back in 2017. I loved it!!! The color turned out amazing- the twostep process took a couple hours for me to do but it was a good experience. Its easy to use and the color turns out beautiful.

Wasn't sure I ordered the exact color I wanted when putting in my first order, but it came out great ! Covered my gray better than other brands I've tried. The brush worked good for my roots.

I received my custom blend today and did it straight away. I’ve not coloured my hair for years and was impressed with the amount of colour I received for my thick long hair, easy to apply, and the best colour came out!
Exactly what I was looking for a shade or two darker than my natural Dark red hair which was a bit dull in the winter, but truly brightened and still really close to my natural colour. My hair is silky smooth and very subtle I love it

Just started my first try of the color. Love the little box it came and also it had all tools I needed. The fact that it doesn’t have a strong smell was terrific. My husband always complain when I have used other brands of the smell. After I blow dry my hair, hair feels silky and beautiful. I recommend this product for doing your own color at home. Also loved the scent of shampoo and conditioner.😊

The person in charge of my color really listened, gave me good advice and gave me the exact color I wanted. I damaged my hair with another brand of hair color. So this color not only is great at covering the damage, but I can tell that the new hair growing out is very healthy with this. I'm extremely satisfied. I also love the fact that I can put my color on hold. Sometimes the month gets way too busy for me to take time to color. So rather than getting bogged down with extra product, I can put my order on hold and decide what date it should be delivered. Thank you so very much! I wish I had this product before my hair got damaged!

Me encantó. Tenia un poco de miedo por ser la primera vez y tengo el pelo algo machacado. Pero el resultado general me ha gustado mucho. El tacto del pelo tras haberlo lavado es maravilloso. Me lo deja suelto y suave. Tengo wue hacer algun ajuste pero repito la compra.
