I love the color. The product has easy instructions to follow and has all the items you will need to get a great color. My hair is very soft after coloring also. The thing I like the best about this product is the color lasts so much longer than those you buy at big box stores or drug stores.

The colorist adjusted my color right away and the grays in front covered completely and the color lasted-very happy I don't have to spend hours at the salon, not to mention the bucks spent, and my results are the same.

While the color was slightly more brown than I wanted, it turned out beautiful. Probably the best at home kit I've ever used. It was also super easy to adjust the color with my colorist, and I look forward to my next coloring to see what it looks like. Overall very happy with the results and customer service

I love the color match and the longevity of the color. I have red/auburn hair naturally and finding a color that resembles a natural look what so ever is a challenge. Great price and product. No horrible smell.

Turned out exactly as I requested. Went to the hair salon to get a trim afterwards. My hair dresser wanted to know who colored my hair. She said it was perfect, took a picture, and was gonna copy it on herself. I would say that it was a success.

The color I picked out was one I didn't think would come out exactly as it looked in the photo, but I wanted to give it a shot anyways. I'm blown away! My colorist nailed the exact color shown to a T even with my previous color being a bright fire engine red. After dying, my hair has been super soft as well!

My second color kit arrived last week with a highlighter kit also. I have to say that this kit hasn’t only saved me gobs of money, but also from the box colors at the store. Sometimes I had to go to several stores to find the color I wanted or I had to order online and hope for the best. With eSalon I get MY perfect color without hassle. Also there is a consultant if I want to change colors. The outcome is better, dare I say, than me going to a salon for an $80 color! With traditional box color, my stubborn Grey's and white hair showed in a week. I'm close to 4 weeks and my color is amazing! Hubby has complimented me numerous times on how much better it looks. I wasn't sure if there would be a noticeable difference, there is!

Loved colour - will leave on a bit longer next time as a few stubborn greys.
Practice makes perfect, might tweak colour in future but for now extremely pleased with my hair.
Order Team was great in sending apology advising order running behind and credited my account so next colour for free.

Just like buying a box dye for ease of use but beyond a million differences. The thickness of this product is by far superior and the smell is not bad. More then enough product. Your not snacking the bottle to get more out. Will definitely buy again

The color was was spot on and I love that I had two colors one for roots and one for ends. The color is seamless compared to dyes I have used in the past.

Love my colour so much, have had so many compliments on it! I died my hair fully blonde a year or more ago and grew a lot of it out and was looking to transition back to a more natural colour! As my ends were still lightened they have faded slightly after 3 washes which I expected but still looks great! Is there a way to receive my ends colour to refresh it with out doing my roots again?

I am extremely, udderly very very very happy with the way that my hair turned out it is not dry feeling, it's so soft! I am so happy I did this and I'm so glad! My mother loves it she wants to do it so when it's time to send out my next one or right before it's time to send out my next one she's going to sign up under me she's happy! I was very surprised cuz I kind of had that really maybe these people are being paid to say the stuff about it it couldn't possibly be true but it really is I'm very happy with it very! I was hoping that I could get my stylist to call me because I would like to talk about maybe doing some highlights not every time but once in a while doing some highlights to my hair and see how I can go about doing that! My Silas name is Allison I believe! I'm so glad I saw the commercials for this and decided to take a chance, thank you!

I received the exact color I was looking for. It's soooo much better than the store bought brands I've been using for years. I will never go back.
My hair is thicker & silkier then any other product & the tint rinse keeps it looking fresh. Amazing!!

When it was time for me to color, my friend who had promised to help had an emergency, leaving me to color my hair all alone. I had plenty of angst, believe me, because I didn't want to err anywhere on my scalp or hair. After several deep breaths, I re-read the instructions, set up the mirrors and dived in. Turns out, I was nervous for no reason. Everything went as your instructions said; my hair is now a stunning medium brown with luminous copper and mahogany lights! I went from over-highlighted dark ash blonde base to a coppery dark blonde and I love it. The change in my appearance was dramatic but made me feel great! I did add the eSalon light kit to keep some of the lighter contrast which was perfect. My hair is such a pretty color now and eSalon's first attempt was perfect to give me the right shade of coppery blonde without going overboard...now I am thinking of eventually going even a little more copper! The eSalon stylist, Danielle, has been super helpful with all my questions. And, last but not lease...you can't beat the price!
