The color that was created for me was a perfect match. It did not leave my hair dry afterwards and it had a nice shine. I have some stubborn gray on my hair line from my temple to my ear and it was covered. I colored my hair a week ago so time will tell. My color is Light Golden Brown

I love my hair color!!! I have naturally red hair and have always had a hard time finding a dye to match, either it's too purple or brick red. The color is so perfect, I've even had multiple hairdressers compliment me on my hair color. I LOVE it!!!!!

I won't lie going to the salon was therapeutic in a sense for me but I don't mind saving over 100 bucks by doing it at home with esalon. Totally easy to follow instructions and I'm so glad I took a chance and tried it.

After my first application I expressed my concerns and the second time I applied the color it was much better. My E-salon colorist made a slight change to my formula and advised me to leave it in longer. Now I am very satisfied.

This is the first color that covers my hard to cover white hairs. The color stays until my next treatment! The shampoo and conditioner leave my hair smooth and silky after coloring. Great experience...I ordered 1 level too dark so I contacted cs and they changed my order to dark blond. The color is rich with red and purple undertones. I get compliments all the time. Easy to use and great packaging. 100% satisfied on all levels of this purchase!

Clear instructions included in the kit, incorporating strand test and skin test instructions, good to know esalon are safety conscious.
Easy to follow instructions for colouring hair plus everything provided e.g two pairs of gloves, stain remover and brush for application.
The shampoo and conditioner smells lovely and really softens the hair.
Really happy with the colour and that Paul tweaked it for me as the colour I had selected was too dark. Thank you from a happy customer.

I ordered my first color set and received it very quickly and in a neat box with easy instructions! It actually has my hair almost back to the natural color. My hair is softer too! Will reorder in maybe a lighter shade of ash brown for the spring/summer months. Love it!!

I don't know what technology, artistry or magic you use to match hair color. It is amazing. The color matched my current color perfect. The shampoo/ conditioner, however was not as magical. Had to rewash and condition with my normal products. I will definitely continue to use color. It is brilliant.

I've been colouring my hair for years, since it started to go grey but have never been totally happy with the colour, in salons or at home until now. I love it and it was so easy to use. Arrived yesterday and I applied last night so don't know if it will fade but so far I'm very happy.

My first order came and I was really impressed with the information I recieved on my color and all of the little touches in the box. The color came out absolutely gorgeous and left my hair feeling really nice and healthy. The custom color is actually more true to what I requested than some of my salon experiences! I could not be more pleased with eSalon, especially for the price! Definitely looks and feels like salon color.

I was very surprised at how exact the color was. It stays in longer than when I have paid $$$ at the salon to get my hair colored. The gray coverage is fantastic. I am constantly getting asked where I get my hair colored. I Love telling them about eSalon!

Love the ease of this product, great feedback & change tweaking of colour to suit my individual needs & desire. Easy to use with colour tools. Works at a fraction of what I used to pay my colourist in salon. Bargain! Great colour and system, on repeat order. Would wholeheartedly recommend.

Prior to e salon I would procrastinate or forget about buying color from the store. Or I would try and make an appointment at the salon and either my regular girl moved on or I couldn't get in for 3 weeks. With esalon I stay about a month ahead of myself. So I always have one handy when something comes up and I have to color right away. I like how I choose when I need more and pay when it's most convenient for me. Plus I can change my color with the seasons if need be. Esalon is the best idea ever!

I have tried multiple online hair color delivery sites and esalon is by far the best. Product is great quality and color is wonderful! I don't proclaim to be a coloring expert so I love the directions. I have followed them exactly every time and color turns out great. Thanks esalon!

Purchased in Oct, 2018; just got up the nerve to do this yesterday...….and …...Wow!! I'm amazed at the color results and how easy it was to follow directions! Can't wait to order again! You listened to what I wanted; and my husband really liked the results, he said it looked so natural!

I love the color I wish I would have gone a little more on the reddish side I usually go with dark reddish brown with some golden are caramel to it next time we will work on a color for that but left my so soft n smooth I love tks a million esalon!!"❣

I’m sixty-six years old,and have never colored my hair. Decided I’d better after a friend who had not seen me for a couple of years said, “Your hair isn’t red anymore!” Gave eSalon a try. It was easy!! And the color looks great -very natural.

Usually I buy brand hair colours but I wanted to see how will this one will look. I was more than pleased with final result. Colour was nice, my hair was soft and even now after 2 weeks looks fresh.
Delivery came very fast and it was easy to use it.
I will definetley keep using this product.

As someone who used to flip flop between paying a lot to upkeep red color at a salon or the alternative (box color 😱) this is the perfect shade AND the perfect price for keeping my red consistent and beautiful year round.

Better color than when I was young with one single gray hair. I love it. It is very difficult to rinse out completely before my hot water runs out, but it's worth the double rinsing.

My hair color is strawberry blonde. Most people are aware that red hair dye can either look very phony or it fades very fast. I find that the custom color that was made for me looks 100% natural. The coloring has highs and lows. I love the color.

I love the esalon color and get a lot of compliments. It's pretty easy to use.
I have a suggestion. If you didn't make the box so fancy and pkg the inside less fancy, it could save a lot of money for Esalon and could be passed down to the customer. At least offer it for those who would be happy for the savings, but still have the nicer hair color.

The custom color set is an amazing product - the colorist works with you to find the perfect color - the color is brilliant and lasts longer than the drug store products I was using. I've received a lot of compliments on my hair and color since I began using it.

I've been coloring my own hair for 30 years and have never quite had such wonderful results. My hair looks and feels like Rula Lenska. Remember the "Don't hate me because I'm beautiful" commercial for some hair product years ago? It's lovely color and seems to have a lot of depth, but it's the way my hair and scalp feel that has made me the happiest. Anyway. I'm hooked. Call me thankful.
