My first experience was good but too dark and red!
Colorist was great in reformulating my next batch to counter the red and suggested a clarifying shampoo to tone my current color down and lighten it. Vey satisfied with help.

I couldn't believe how far the color went applying it. It felt good on my scalp. Almost all color burns and itches my scalp. I'm amazed it didn't. When the color was finished and I used the shampoo and conditioner it was awesome. My hair before the color felt wirerry and dry from store colors. My hair felt silky. It still feels soft and silky today. I like the end results of my color shade also.

This is by far the best hair color I've tried (no exaggeration). It's better than the many salon hair color products and without a doubt, the best home hair color I've used. The color does not fade easily and mine usually lasts for more than 2 weeks which is long for me since my hair is 90% gray. I tried this first at their studio in Culver City where you could get the color customized and applied by a professional colorist (for $45 at the time of my visit in June) and the colorist would give you a personal step-by-step instruction on how to apply the product. My colorist was Mindy and she is undoubtedly a pro and super nice!

I have been using eSalon for about a year now. It's convenient to have shipped to home, ready to use on MY schedule. No more waiting weeks for a color appointment. My only complaint is that it is more drying to my hair than the salon color that I was using, Redken Shades EQ, which never damaged my hair and I had been using it for years. eSalon, if you can match this, you can't be beat!

I love this color! As I was waiting to finish the process, I was afraid it would be too dark! It was not as dark as I feared. My family loves it! At first the odor was a little strong but it quickly left! My daughter read the instructions for me as I performed the process. It was easy to do and no unusual colors on my skin! LOL Thank you!

I love this hair dye - it keeps my hair feeling strong and healthy but also delivers an intense colour, so it's well worth the money. Its easy to apply. Having it shipped on a regular interval also prevents me from colouring my hair too often, which is something I used to do when I bought hair dye off the shelf. eSalon are always very helpful with amending the colour as well, so if I feel like changing the shade slightly they are happy to oblige. I dye my hair a copper shade, which is prone to fading, but my eSalon colour lasts longer than shop-bought, and I can extend it further with the Color Enhancing Mask. They even once sent me a colour gloss (for free) which was excellent and I also reccommend that as well.

I first ordered during a promo I saw on Facebook. I've received 2 more orders since then and have gotten Great Compliments. Color is awesome and holds up fantastic. I love smell of the product, I didn't smell like I just did my hair. First with the color I loved it. Because my friends said my does look orange, which I have It done by my hair stylist for 6 years. It was with me Light Blonde, and tab darker near the end. So many people said to me, your made younger more alive! Thank you

My natural light brown hair color is becoming grey. Common OTC at home brand hair color left a brassy red undertone. Esalon created my perfect color. It completely covers my grey and leaves a lovely very light brown. Love it

I have been a consumer of this fabulous product since 2015. My hair is healthy and the color rich and natural. The packaging is well thought out and everything you need to be successful at home hair coloring is there for you. Your colorist will work with you to achieve your best look. I have recently tried the newest product the home hair high lightening.....Video shows you how to do it..easy easy easy..and voila...you have an enhanced sunny look. I HIGHLY recommend this product....does it show ?

I love this company! It is a quarter of the price I was paying at the salon and the colorists do a beautiful job giving you the color you ask for. The kit that comes each time is complete with everything I need to do the job and always has very clear step-by-step instructions so you really can't make a mistake. I would definitely recommend eSalon.

I don't know that I will pay for a hair color again. I love that I was able to provide a picture of my current color to get the color I desired. It was so super simple to apply. My 13 year old daughter applied my color. The color turned out perfect! I get so many compliments on my color and how good it looks. I will continue to use this until the end of time 🙂

My hair color was a little darker than I'm used to, but that can be adjusted. I love the ease of use. The package arrived well before my need for it. I was squishing it in between the bridal shower and the wedding 2 days later. Very easy directions and enough product to do the job.

My eSalon hair color is a perfect match to my natural color!! I love it! It's so easy and convenient to use and no odor. I use it in combination with the Color Care Shampoo and Conditioner. As a busy working mom that allows me to extend the time between coloring. I don't have time to sit in a salon every 6 weeks. Now I color my hair in 20 minutes on a Sunday night and I'm ready to go! Great stuff!

I have been an e-salon customer for a few years now and it is a great company. They adjust haircolor based on my feedback and the results are wonderful. My hair has a variety of colors not flat, covers my gray hair and looks/feels great. I recommend them to all my friends/family the money I have saved is awesome but wouldn't keep coming back if it wasn't a great system. If you haven't tried it you should.

I can't thank you enough! I was in a pickle as a scheduling conflict meant I had to miss my regular color/style appt at the salon. With some helpful tips from the colorist at eSalon, I selected a color for my gray root grow out. Within 7 days I had my color kit (also got the cape & tools kit)
The instructions were very clear and the results are fantastic! My hair had highlights from my last salon appt & the tips showed me how to protect them. So HAPPY with results!!! Love my hairdresser, but I might be seeing her now just for trims & highlights...& to catch up on the latest "news"!!

I finally used your product! I waited due to letting my grey hair grow out more so, so I could see how
the color took to it. I have not ever, ever found such a hair color product that made such a difference, not only the color was done exceptionally well to fit my complexion and skin color, but it also made my hair softer and more manageable. I have extremely curly hair and it softened it and now my curls are loose and wavy. I'm going to continue with the same color, but maybe later play with other colors that will fit with my skin color.
