The color came so quickly. I had chosen a color that was much darker than my current color as I was trying to return to my natural shade. I received an email from the colorist that stated she had customized a color based on my photo and my description. She thought that the color I had chosen would be too dark so the color she mixed was going to be a better color for my skin tone. I must say that I was skeptical to see how my color would turn out. After coloring my hair with this product the color came out great! My husband really likes the color also. Thanks so much!

I have coloured my hair at home for 25 years, always using a well known brand. Recently though I noticed that my hair colour seemed flat, and that it was increasingly hard to keep it smooth and shiny as the condition had really deteriorated. I have now been using eSalon for 4 months, and am constantly complimented on the colour and shine of my hair. My hairdresser even commented on how improved the condition was. I am not usually quick to review products, but on this occasion I have been amazed, and recommend it to friends all the time.

I was tired of paying $100+ every 6 weeks or so. I loved the ease of use - the instructions were so easy to follow - and all I had to do was schedule "Salon Time" at my house. Love my color and having it delivered to my door!

Easy to use product. Love the color. Lots of product, I only used half the bottle. Hair felt smooth and silky after the shampoo and conditioner. Would definitely use again and recommend to a friend.

I loved this hair product. It was my first time using it so I still need to adjust it a bit so that all the brassiness is gone. It went on thick and didn't drip. My color has not faded. Will definitely use again.

I tried E-Salon because of a recommendation. I was a little nervous, but after the first application, I was hooked! The color specialists work closely with me and adjust my color any way I want! Every color, every change, I have been pleased. The color lasts a long time and makes my hair look and feel great!

The color looks pretty good. It seems to be pretty even. I can tell a slight color difference between my roots and the rest of my hair. The directions were clear and easy to follow. I did find it a bit difficult to apply the root color just on the roots and then the other color to the rest. Maybe with some practice it would become easier. The shampoo and conditioner smell good and left my hair soft and manageable. For the price I would recommend this product.

I never write product reviews, but just had to share my experience with my custom color. I uploaded a picture of me with my favorite salon color and eSalon matched it perfectly!!!! I was quite nervous applying the color for the first time, but this color is an EXACT match to my picture and I love it! Plus, the cost is comparable to many of the drugstore box hair color and a heck of a lot cheaper than going to my stylist at the salon! Thank you, eSalon for finally developing a home hair coloring system that rivals the salon colors!!! I will never go back to the salon or buy drug store brand box color again! This stuff is great!!!! My hair is shiny, healthy, and I've gotten a ton of compliments. I'm just thrilled I found this alternative to the salon!

This color process is so easy. Because my hair is so long I need help to do my hair but so far it has been a breeze to do. My hair is too heavy to stay in just 4 sections so we divide it as we need to. This keeps the color from getting too much on the strands and stays on the roots. The colorist have been angels helping me to tweak my color and never fuss or complain when I ask questions.

This was so easy to use with all the helpful tips and advice!
It was exactly the colour I had asked for and I loved it immediately.
I attached the instructions to the tiles in my bathroom , that was helpful. The product left my hair shiny and soft and made me feel beautiful.

I have just processed my first hair colour with eSalon. All I can say was although my colour was good with my hairdresser the colour which I requested is even better. It matches the natural colour of my eyebrows. I forgot to colour the very front of my hair (so will remember next time). I am very impressed thank you very much

The first time using eSalon was good but after giving feedback, my formula was was made perfectly for me. No brassy roots or super dark ends. The color is consistent and natural looking. And I love not having to remember to buy a color kit or worry about picking the right color. eSalon is an excellent service!

The colorist who came up with my formula heard my concerns and came up with a great looking color and an effective solution to a fading issue I was having. My color hasn't faded and weeks later, still looks good.

I asked for more gray coverage. It seemed to cover the gray better. It was sticky when rinsing, which I figure is because of the new formula. After I shampood and conditioned, my hair was fine. The color is what I wanted.

So i walked into my bathroom (with bad lighting) and didnt think i liked the color. I wanted to go back to my original hair color and thought at first that it had that fake red look to it. So, i walked into my bedroom (which is full of sunlight), and looked in my mirror there. Wow! I was soooo wrong! Its perfect!! It looks so natural. And i could have skipped dying the roots it was so perfect! I have never found another color that actually matched my real auburn before. I wanted to go just a little lighter this time and the colorists at eSalon did not disappoint! I followed the directions carefully (love how clearly they are explained) and took my time. I've been coloring my hair for over 25 years and have been to many salons and professionals. I've tried drug store hair color a few times using a few different brands and can honestly say this product is on par with Salon products. Not only does using this product save a substantial amount of money but more importantly to me it saves me time! I'm very happy with the color and the customer service is also great! I would highly recommend

This works just as well as the Salon color for when you can't afford it OR when you don't have the time to go. But we all know we love to be pampered by our favorite hair stylist. I always keep some eSalon on hand at home now because you never know when you will need to cover up those grays in a hurry! And if your stylist is a great friend to you they will give you the proper info to get the correct color match from eSalon!!! Mine did!

When I first contacted eSalon, I was so impressed with all the steps they went through to make sure I was happy with the color that I was to receive. After I received my product and tried it they contacted me to make sure I was happy and believe me I am so happy! I get so many compliments on how beautiful my hair is and no one knows that I color it, it looks so natural! I have been using their products for over three years now. 😄

I asked to have my color a shade darker .. it turned out so well!! I had tried another brand of salon color at home .. it smelled great , my hair felt terrific but within a week my gray roots were right back .. every one of them ..it looked like I hadn't touched them .. that company wanted pictures and a narrative of what directions I followed .. lIke I was an idiot .. . I took my PhD and scurried back to Esalon .. now I'm happy again !

I cannot say enough great things about your color. The match you created without
seeing my hair is amazing. My hair feels wonderful, and the color lasts longer than any at home color I have ever used. The packaging was great- the instructions very clear and easy. I enjoy the follow ups, and the up dates you send me. I am very happy (can you tell?? lol)

I love the color and the way it feels when coloring. Not heavy at all! Made my hair feel softer. Way less damaging than store bought hair colors.

I selected my new color online and when I applied the demi-permanent one for the first time it was too dark, although I liked the product smell and application process. I spoke to my colorist, explained what I was going for, and she helped me correct the color and achieve the perfect color. Over the next two applications, my color was just PERFECT and now the process is a breeze. Thanks for your support!

I like the color and it did cover my grays well. I think my hair grows extremely fast and therefore my hairline grays appear quickly. Nothing you can do about that.

After contacting esalon over my first hair colour they kindly sent me a new refigured colour free of charge!! Well impressed! I LOVED the new colour it was lots better I would still regig a little with the first one you apply to roots just so it was more Auburn/plum but it really was a much better result. Thank you esalon I really am impressed and will order when I need the next one. Amazing shine and total top class goods.

I loved the color. It was easy to use. This was my first time using a bowl to mix the color and applying with the brush that was included. I recommend you try it.

Made just for me, plenty to do my roots and refresh the rest (I have ALOT of shoulder length hair) and it smelled better than either the salon or store-bought color in a box. I totally recommend eSalon - such a great idea!!!!!

My hair color is perfect. I changed it and removed the golden aspect because my hair was getting to red from the summer sun. All I had to do was tell my colorist I needed my hair to be a little more brown then red and she did exactly that. It covers all my grey, thank God! I only need to color every 6-8 years depending on the growth because it never fades at all. It saves me a fortune over store bought and salon done.

I have received my second order of Made for You color, I love it!
It is the perfect color and covers my grey for right at 7-8 weeks. My hairstylist thought I had it professionally done! Nope myself I told her. That was 4 weeks already into my color. I did get information from her about the smell and burning eyes I got the first time. I did write in and eSalon understood exactly what I needed. My second coloring was right on, no heavy smell or burning of the eyes.
I am on automatic mailings every 7 weeks and this works great for me.
