Love this customized color. So easy to use! Love the convenience of receiving everything needed. They thought of everything, the instructions are easy to follow, and the personal follow up is awesome. My colorist was quick to make a small adjustment for me after my first application. I get so many compliments on my hair color and it lasts longer than the color I was getting from the store. I was mixing 3 store bought colors and it didnt always come out the same so I was paying more to color on my own with alot more trouble. I definitely recommend ESALON to everyone!

Just as they claimed, covered gray better than product from store. Easy to follow directions. They advised me to go a shade lighter than I ordered and the color was exactly what I wanted, very natural and great gray coverage.

The colors I was given were perfect! They dyed the roots perfectly and the ends came out darkened just right! Throughout the month my color didn't fade it stayed true. I have never tried coloring my own hair before. eSalon made it easy to select the color I wanted. They also asked for a picture of my hair, hairline, etc., so they could make the best possible match for me. The instructions are easy to follow. I loved the results! If you decide you want a change, eSalon makes changes to your color easy. I also find the website very simple/easy to navigate, so it is easy to change delivery dates, or even skip a shipment. Thank you, eSalon! You've saved me hundreds of dollars on hair color!

I just had a chance to use my first kit 2 days ago. I was very pleased with the packaging...not usually a comment by me. This kit was pleasing to the eye to get you in the mood to do it yourself! Everything was so nice that I believe lots of thought went in to the company! I will definitely continue to purchase this. My hair is very thin and doesn't grow fast so I will need a kit about every 2 months. I will look forward to using my next one.
The task is made very easy with complete and informative instructions. Please, be sure to read them first. Just taking everything out and looking at the items was fun!
My color is exactly what I wanted for this season. I felt like the colorist was right here! My hair was not damaged in anyway! They included a shampoo and conditioner sample size that will be for a couple of treatments. Two pairs of gloves! Who does that! I truly appreciate those with my fair delicate skin. I have not taken an updated photo due to back to school craziness. I will post one at some point!
I was very apprehensive to try something new! It is a winner! I will try another color lighter blonde for the spring but until now...I love being myself..a medium blonde!

The color turned out very nice. I asked for a slight shade darker, and the color turned out just what I wanted. My only issue e-color is that I have to shampoo about 6 times to get the dye out. I called, and they said use a clarifying shampoo. Once I figured that out, it was all good. If you have any other suggestions, please let me know. Thank you!

You cannot tell I dye my hair at all! It is a perfect color match, covers grey hairs, and isn't unpleasant to smell. Directions are easy to follow too!

I was scared to try a new all over hair color, but everything turned out well. The color is a bit closer to my own, which I appreciate, because now I have almost no root growth showing :)
I started out, years ago, with dishwater blonde hair and highlights. As time went on, my hair got lighter and lighter because of continued highlights, until finally, I just gave up and used a box. Several times during the next 30 years, between the ages of 15 & 44, I tried going closer to my natural color, but the salons just couldn't get an ash tone right.
I gave esalon a few pictures and they have have done a better job than either box or salon.
The first couple of days were not exactly what I was hoping for, but within a week, the darker color lightened up and now, with my grey/white/blonde hair, I hardly have any roots and the color is pretty.

The dye did exactly what I asked the colourist for. The original colour I picked was too dark so the colourist advised me to go for a shade lighter at first. The colour turned out amazing and it's really easy to apply as well. Needless to say, I have my second bottle of dye on the way :)

This is the second time I have purchased my colour from esalon and I can honestly say the colour is fabulous. You upload a photo of yourself so that esalon can match the colour to the colour of your hair, a colourist then matches the colour. If you want to change your colour at any time you can do so just inform the colourist before they send your order out. It's easy to use and it looks great and your hair feels great after it. Your colour is then stored in your profile and you can set the time between colours for esalon to send the next batch out to you. I would advise to try esalon not only is it cheaper and in my opinion it beats the local salons.

I have never been comfortable coloring my own hair and thus had no experience doing so until I started using eSalon. eSalon products are easy to use and the results are terrific! Very affordable, too. When I went to get my hair cut, my stylist (who used to color my hair for me) admired my color and said it looked great and my hair is very healthy, too. When your stylist is impressed, you know you're onto something good!

Love...love...love this product!!! First home hair coloring that turned out better than some professional coloring I've had done. Covers grey like no other and the tinted love....fabulous! The color lasts...packaging the kit came in was really nicely done.
