Used esalon twice. Both times it covered great and left my hair soft and shiny. Wish it covered gray longer Seems to wash out quick. I would recommend to others.

I love my color, It was so easy, step by step instructions at 1/3 of what I pay at the salon. I called customer service and received an immediate answer from a live person.

This was my third time using my custom hair color. The first time I used the brush application method and loved it! The second time I did the bottle application and found that I missed some spots. This last time I went back to the brush method and was very happy with the results once again.

E-Salon seems to be the cheapest way to go, if you don't mind doing your own hair. Got my first color, didn't smell like most colors or burn my eyes, my hair feels great, and easy too. My hair really took the color well. The color is a little dark but have emailed the stylist for adjustments. She responded with an explanation how to go lighter and will adjust it when I receive my next order. So far, so good!

First time I went to light and let the colorist know I wanted to go darker. I thought I would go 2 shades but was advised that I should take it a shade at a time. Glad I listened the next color I got was exactly what I was looking for!

I constantly get compliments on my hair. The reds and browns combined make such a great hair color that I get compliments every single day and they always ask who I get it done by. The color lasts a long time even though red is hard to keep. Amazing color!

Loved this color, clicked on color that sounded great and wow! Love it!! its like a deep chocolate , now noticing some red highlites, looks like a natural color. just wish my grays would stay hidden longer, but it's the stubborn hair here and there. I will use again!!!

This covered at least 4 inches of totally white hair, yet didn't overprocess my already colored (different product) brown hair. I picked a darker brown, my colorist suggested a medium brown, and it's perfect!!!

I have colored my hair for years. Most salons gave a good color but outcome was always unpredictable. I was skeptical with my first order. Salons have gotten too expensive and every time I found a boxed color I liked it would eventually be discontinued. With eSalon the color is fantastic and covers even my stubborn gray at the hairline. I find esalon very easy to use. It's not just the ease of use, it's great quality, very well packaged and presented with clear instructions each time.
It's a super alternative to salon colours. If you want to make any changes to the colouring at any point you can do so really easily also. It's a great product.

I have always used a store bought hair color and it was either to much red sometimes pinkish and washed out within 3 weeks n never fully covered the gray. I am a first time user here and received my kit today n colored it tonight and it's perfect I love the color, the softness and coverage. Thank you so much and looking forward to future coloring.

I got the color and panic because it look so light and called and they e planned when mixed it would get darker and it's easier to go darker were kind patient and right. I'm just so excited!!! My hair looks great & I owe it all to eSalon & my colorist, Callie!!! I normally color my hair a very light ash blonde. But this fall season I decided that I wanted to try Strawberry Blonde. I was very nervous though about making the change. In the moment of coloring my hair, I decided to cover my Very Bright and a lot of Highlights. I was Astonished at how Beautifully my Bright HL was covered.While leaving hints of much tone down highlights. Also how Soft Manageable and Healthy my hair Look and Feel, how quickly the color worked and without the HARSH smell.

Well, I am so surprised. I couldn't wait for my hair to dry so I could look at it under the lights. I have to say I got awesome gray coverage, and my color is tonal and natural looking, not at all like any box color I ever used. Im thrilled and Ill be back in 6 weeks. Thanks!

I have been coloring my hair for well over 20 years - only occasionally have I ventured to a Salon for a professional hair coloring given I have to color my roots so frequently. This past year I made a few mistakes with my hair color that led to having mismatched roots that I couldn't seem to correct - no matter what I tried. I decided to try Esalon since I really do want to stick with at home hair coloring. I can tell you that I am THRILLED with the results!! I can't stop looking in the mirror - no longer do I see an obvious color difference between my roots and the rest of my hair. It is one beautiful shiny, healthy looking color!! LOVE THIS!!!

I have difficult hair, thinning out, lots of stubborn grey.. your custom color is exactly the color I expected and it doesn't fade. I would recommend this product to women my age who face challenges, like the dye Not staining my scalp.

This color is exactly the same every time. I love that! Each time I colored my hair it was just a little different because I was mixing two colors myself! This is perfect and really convenient.

Love the color and simplicity of using this product at home! I recommended ESalon to a redheaded friend of mine, and for the first time in decades she is happy with her hair color. ESalon really listened to her and got the color perfect...something her salons couldn't do for her.

I love this product. I've been coloring my hair off and on for 30 years. This is the best gray coverage I've got outside of a salon. The color is rich and my hair looks healthy. I applied the coloring 4 weeks ago and the gray hairs are not showing through.

Wow! What a fabulous hair dyeing experience!! Covers ALL my stubborn grey hairs that salon dyes failed to do! Will continue using this product and save myself £80 every 4 weeks!!
Ordered a brown shade but thanks to the wonderful customer service recommend a lighter tone after seeing a photo!

Plenty of product to cover my long thick hair. Easy to remove any dye on my skin. My hair has a beautiful shine. Perfect coloring just what I asked for.

Torn, I love it myself, but friends and family think I went too 'bright' too fast, that I should have been more gradual so it wasn't so obviously a new color. I don't get out much, so for them to notice so quickly ... lends credence to their input. I love my colorist, I love the product, and I love that I can send a message directly to my colorist to ask for her input. Thanks eSalon!

I was very nervous doing my own color, trying to find the perfect color using pictures on a computer was challenging.
I have colored twice and I am extremely satisfied. Great directions, Purchasing the coloring tools a must!

Honestly I've been very reluctant to try my own hair color as I never know which boxed color would be right. This was very easy and the results looked like my stylists. I will definitely try again!
