My hair has never been colored before. I was worried that it would come out too dark or unnatural looking. Love this product! It was not harsh, did not smell bad, had everything I needed in the kit, but best of all, the color was a perfect match! It covers my gray hairs and looks like my natural hair color. I wish I had done this years ago!

My roots were in desperate need of a touch-up and my reddish brown hair was losing its shine and the color faded too. I have to say I was more than a little skeptical at first, but I managed to get results as good as at the salon (if not better!!!). I have tons of shine and the red is back. Thank you eSalon!

Love the way the "kit" comes complete with everything you need to color your hair. GREAT gray coverage and staying power. (Doesn't fade quickly). Much better than "professional " products I've purchased at Sally's. Customer for life!

I can't rave enough on how easy it is to use esalon custom hair color. Everything you need is supplied and premixed. Just put on the perfectly matched color, wait the recommended amount of time, wash it out and VOILA perfect haircolor! So glad I gave esalon a try. You should too!

This was easy to use. I literally just mixed it with the other bottle and used it! It doesn't have that strong chemical smell either. Also, the color was easy to get off my skin.

I was pretty skeptical, but I figured I could get in to the salon for a quick fix if necessary. I was very impressed!! The color specialist really did a great job taking my information, and the pictures I provided and mixing me the exact color I wanted. (I have no idea what color my natural hair color is at this point, but I'm sure it's nothing this gorgeous!).
The only con I have is the smell during the coloring process is more harsh than at the salon, but the money I save and the color I come away with are totally worth it.

I loved my esalon haircolor and also the shine is unbelievable. My hair did not look colored it looked totally natural. I am in love and I feel so much more confident with all my grays totally covered. It lasts so much longer than store bought haircolor too.

my hair is grey going to white but I still color it my natural hair color..........you can't tell the difference! color is great no frizz from over treatment and when I'm out I have had it happen many times women coming and asking where I get my hair done. It looks that good! and I love the shampoo and crème rinse with it.....oooooooooooooooh lala!

I am a natural strawberry blonde which is an impossible color to achieve artificially. Since I have been getting older my color has been fading, which combined with my pale skin makes me look a little ghostly ;-). I have tried every hair color you can purchase in a drug store and some at the hair dresser and nothing ever matched my natural color. Until I found eSalon! They have done the impossible. From my first order it has been perfect! My exact natural hair color!!! No funny undertones. And when it washes out it doesn't change color either, it just fades a little. I just had them punch up the red a little and it is simply PERFECT!!!!!!

I was afraid at first to try this product. But after getting over the fear, I love it. It was easy to use and the color is perfect for me. I would totally recommend this product, just follow the steps in the choosing a color and they do all the work getting the perfect color for you. Also, if it is too dark or too light by your standards, you let them know and they will adjust it for you so you are happy with your look.

Finally... a color that not only covers persistent gray, but looks beautiful and is easy to use. Don't hesitate to join- I mean how easy is it to NOT have to think about running to your retailer and hoping your color is on the shelf? Home delivery? Awesome! Do I miss my colorist? I love the packaging and ease of use of this hair color system. I was also pleased that it instructs you to wash your hair as part of the dye process. I am prone to migraines, often triggered by chemical smells, and this was far less potent than other dyes. Best of all, the color looked just as I hoped - no one noticed that it wasn't my natural color, which was my goal. Looking forward to going a bit darker on the next round.

I have to say, I was really scared to use this product but I am loving it! My favorite part was the personalized instructions which were very easy to follow and pinpointed exactly what I wanted to do. The color matched fantastically and everyone at work thought I had it done in a salon. Definitely worth it, and I am looking forward to having the same color show up next time without me having to stand in the aisle wondering what I got the last time.

I've been to countless salons, used every retail hair color product made, and I've never seen such spot on duplication of my natural hair color. This product covers the gray, and unlike most red hair colors, doesn't look unnatural. I left for a while, but now I'm back! I just can't do better than this.

Since I have the right color everytime, I no longer have to try the store brands. To many time I would find a color I liked and store brands would stop making it. I am 42. Have had premature grey since I was 16. I have been coloring my hair for years professionally. Now I'm trying to save some money and thought I would give this a try. With unruly greys I thought it would be a challenge. When I told the stylist exactly how my hair reacts to color, and what I do and do not like in a color, it's turned out perfectly. We did a slight adjustment to the timing and the second time was a charm. The color is even. No greys. Last as long as professional. It's shiny. And I get lots of compliments!! I love it so much!!! Highly recommended.

I have been using this hair color for some time. I recommend it to everyone. I will never spend tons of money getting my hair colored again. When I first started using esalon, we made an adjustment once or twice to perfect my hair color...and perfect it they did! I have a "thing" about having a natural looking hair color. My hair color looks naturally beautiful. My hair is very shiny and in great condition even though I color it every 6-8 weeks. I get compliments on my hair all of the time. This product is not harsh on your hair at all. I love it! I hope anyone reading this will at least give esalon a try.

It was time for a change and asked the color specialist to tweak my color and she hit the nail on the head. I love the gold tones and "at this time" I am totally in love with it!! Women do like changes!

I've been using esalon.com for awhile and love how consistent my hair color is. It is great being able to adjust the color if i want and the regularity of when it will ship. Best thing I have found on the internet in a long while!

Best hair product out there! Yes it's more expensive than my old one , however it comes with 2 pairs of quality gloves, a stain remover wipe (amazing) stain protect cream , shampoo and conditioner. Well worth the money! !🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

I am extremely satisfied with ESalon. In comparison with several hair salons that I have gone to, ESalon color last longer, holds fast to the individual pieces of hair and does not come out "brassy" or fade into other colors that I did not want in my hair.

I love this product! Even my hairdresser loves this product. She wishes she could use it for all her clients. Beautiful color, easy to use. Great that it includes everything you need in the kit.I have been using this product for a few years now. I loved the color I first choose, but as I have aged and more gray is to be hidden, I found the color was not exactly right anymore. I told them what I wanted, they made a small adjustment an it was perfect again. Great customer service, great working with the specialists. Will never change to anyone else.

It took a couple tries to get the right color I desired but it was worth the wait!
The shine is an added bonus. Hair appears/feels healthy and shiny.

My hair color is beautiful. The directions were clear and easy to follow. Doing the roots first then the full head with what I think was glaze.... took a big chunk of my afternoon but the results are worth it and look terrific. Maybe I'll just keep it easy peasy and only do that 2nd step every few applications? In any case, I'm very satisfied with my eSalon experience and look forward to continuing our mutual endeavor. Love this hair color. Very shiny and soft. Makes my hair look and feel great. Easy application with great instructions. Would give 5 stars if it didn't fade so quickly even with color safe shampoo.

I was hoping to achieve a color as close to my natural color as possible, and wow, this is perfect! It's been a week now, and my hair still looks as though I'd just colored it. I'm a believer, and have told all my friends about your wonderful product.

I'm impressed with the colour match, given the colourists only went off a description and a couple of photos. It's a little browner than I imagined, but looking at my previous pics that they were matching with, very similar. Overall, very pleased with this colour. Time will tell how it fades, but good results up to now.

I am giddy , so impressed with the quality of this hair color! I usually have to do root touch ups every 6 weeks and it has been almost 8 weeks and only now am I ready to color again! The shade was a little darker than I like , but all I had to do was message my colorist to adjust it! Awesome product and helpful to have acess for info or questions at your fingertips!
This is a great service and so handy! Well worth the money to do this rather than go to a beauty shop!
