The color was perfect. lt's been 3 weeks and the grey is returning at the root, which is consistent with any other hair color products i have used. So, I think there is little that can be done to extend the life of non-grey hair. Having said that, I really liked the product, will use it again. The shampoo that came with it was lovely and I will be ordering that when I reorder the hair color.

This hair color is so gentle on my hair I don't have a lot of burning or itching after I color to me says its not to harsh. I would recommend it and I do tell my friends all the time about E-Salon

I'm impressed w/the customer service and the color rep that quickly responded to my inquiry after my initial application of ESalon product. She did exactly what I requested and lightened the 2nd shipment of color. I really like the 2nd color and am looking forward to this next application. Depending on the next few applications, I would strongly recommend this product. My only reservation is that the customer service rep would not tell me the brand/maker of the color. I'm particular about what brand I put on my hair and so this has been a tremendous leap of faith.

The color was just what I was looking for, over the counter reds look fake and fade quickly. My color has had minimal fading. My hair was soft immediately after Coloring and looked so natural. Thank you for a great product

Its been about a month now since I used my color. Usually by now it would have faded terribly, especially on top, leaving me with an "orange-like" glow. This color was perfect when I applied it, and is still looks pretty close to when I first used it. The gray around my face by now would have totally come back but its still intact. I love this product.

Wonderful hair coloring product. I used to buy the color products at the grocery/drug store and it would dry out my hair terribly and the results were awful--I had orange hues in my hair. I also used to spend $75 at a salon for a color and now I get the same results at home doing it myself. This is the finest hair color you can easily put on yourself. Colors the gray totally.

The hair color was really great! I gave 4 stars because the root color turned out noticeably darker compared to the ends color. I think that over time, it will adjust to perfection, as you can provide feedback to the colorists that will adjust your colors until you are satisfied. It will take time, but I know that it will eventually get there. Anything worthwhile takes time and effort.

I've used many different at home box dyes before and this is the best one yet! it's the first time I've done my lengths first and roots after but the instructions were soo simple to use!.
I put the dye over my faded red hair colour and the result was a gorgeous reddy brown colour which I've had many compliments for. I don't think I'll use any other brand again!

I can't say enough about how pleased I was with this product and I was skeptical at first. I couldn't believe it was any better than what I could purchase in the store, but it was! I love everything about this product. The packaging makes me excited to open it & when I do I have everything a salon would use. I get comments on my hair color & how well it looks on me. I was totally shocked at the perfect color they blended for me. I applied it myself and I am thrilled with the results. I was scared at first but my sister in law ordered from esalon and I put the color on for her and it was perfect, so I gave it a try. My hair feels just as soft as it did before I colored it. I've always been a bit afraid of coloring at home, but I gave it a try because eSalon had great reviews. The instructions were thorough, and the results were just what I was hoping. There isn't a strong smell, and I like the sample shampoo so much I've ordered some for regular use. My hair is soft and shiny, and doesn't have the brittle, dried out feel which often comes with drug store varieties.

Other than the fact that this color covers my grays very well.. I absolutely love the color. Simple instructions, everything labeled for you and the color does not run.. I'm very happy with the product and my stylist is very helpful.

The Darkest Brown was a fabulous choice. Very natural and covered all gray. I chose a different color but the colorist developed this one and it was peefect.

I've used over the counter hair color for 30 years and finally listened to a friend's recommendations to try esalon. I will never ever use any other color again. This color is gentle, lasts and has great gray coverage. I'm sold! Will never buy another color except from esalon again! This site is so user friendly.

I've never received such compliments about my hair until I started using ESalon coloring. It's the perfect color for me and every time I see that it's time to order, I get excited. I will never go back to using store bought coloring because it always washed out way too soon. This stuff stays and lasts around 3 months before the greys start creeping back in. Hate grey, but LOVE my COLOR!!! THANK YOU!!! :)

I love my hair color! It covers gray roots well, has a wonderful shine and looks natural. My hair always feels and looks healthy and lustrous after coloring.

The color treatment works great, and the included instructions are easy to follow. I especially like the tip about working the last bit of the color through during the rinse as if it's shampoo. My color comes out so much better now. And it's way less expensive than going to a salon!

I have very color resistant Grays. The formula was great at covering those Grays. Lasted about 4 weeks before first Grays poked through. Formula was super sensitive to my hair which was soft and manageable after. Great product!!

I love it. My husband says I look like I did 20 years ago. I love the richness of the color, several people have told me it looks "so natural" which is kinda funny since purple isn't normally a natural hair color.

I received my custom color in a fantastic box that was equipped with every thing one would need to complete the whole home coloring experience. It was easy to understand and the results? Let's just say, I will never use another product! The color is PERFECT and I feel 16 again! Thank you from the bottom of my heart, red hair is hard to perfect and you nailed it!!!!

My hair has always been too dark this colour has made my hair nearly to my natural colour. Highly recommend also packaging is a nice touch.

None of that horrible, run you out of the bathroom smell. My hair looked and felt fabulous. I love the fact that the kit comes with a shampoo and conditioner. This is it for me. No more drug store products.

I admit I was a little nervous at first, this being my first time to color my hair myself. The directions were great, easy to follow and the product is beyond belief! The color is rich and shiny and the gray roots are GONE!!! I called to perhaps change my initial order of a medium brown to dark brown and was advised by the colorist specialist, after looking at the photos I submitted, to not change. She was 'spot on'. The head of customer service even followed up with me to make sure my contact with them was satisfactory. So KEYED to find this product.

I really liked the way you choose your desired colour and the excellent way how you do this on the e-salon website. Very clever. When the colour arrived it was boxed well and the instructions were very clear and concise on what to do. I was expecting a stronger odour after reading other people's reviews but I never really had a problem with this. I have had the colour on for many weeks and it has hardly faded so I am very impressed. I like the way that e-salon e-mails and keeps one informed and you can easily change the colour if you want to experiment with a different colour. I am looking forward to when the next box arrives.

The color lasts and is not as "brassy" red as drug-store boxed hair colors I have used in the past

This product is great long lasting and no harsh smells .It is very convenient no remembering when should I do it you decide how often and tweak it accordingly. Once it is set you just wait for it to come in.
