I had been using the drugstore box hair coloring for years. This formula is so much more. I did buy the coloring tool kit and coloring my own hair has never been easier. A lot less mess, the perfect color, and shinier hair. The box stuff has such a chemical smell to it and seems much harsher on my hair. I just love this product and the convenience of having it delivered to my doorstep. I will be a continued user.

I have tried to get a match with over the counter color, but needless to say too dark. My hairdresser charges a lot to mix color for me and I am not able to afford this. eSalon has matched perfectly and is affordable. I will continue using it until I feel "old" and gray.

I just used the color for the first time and it was very easy and the instructions were great! My hair felt so soft while I was rinsing it off and the shampoo and conditioner made it even softer! The color is absolutely perfect too...I'm in love :)

I've been an ESalon customer for over 2 years now, and never have I been disappointed with the product or the service they provide. I love being notified prior to shipment so that if needed I can put it off for a week or two, not to mention having that opportunity to tweak (change) my color just by notifying the stylist of what I'd like to try. Using the product couldn't be easier... just mix, apply, wait, and rinse. They even provide you with the gloves - 2 pairs, stain guard (an ointment like substance that you apply around your hairline to avoid staining your skin), a stain removing wipe that works marvelously, a packet each of color lock shampoo and conditioner... all this packed in a neat little kit complete with personalized instructions and shipped to your door as often as you deem necessary. I just colored my hair this morning and it looks and feels gorgeous! It's shiny, full of body, and sparkling with natural looking highlights. I'm extremely pleased!

I was super pleased with how the color turned out. It was exactly the shade that I was looking for and the shampoo/conditioner made my hair so soft. Also loved the personalized packaging of the product. I wasn't sure about how it was going to turn out, but I will definitely be purchasing this again in the future.

When I purchased the product I was sceptical about getting good results from a clinician whom I've never seen. The formula didn't hurt my scalp. The instruction were easy to follow. The end results were a little darker than expected, but it will fade away by the first washes. It didn't leave my hair looking dry or brittle. It has a mild smell, didn't hurt my eyes while applying it. I received the product by mail super fast! Everything I needed was in the box.

I was very wary of trying E salon but I am absolutely in love with this coloring. My hair looks and feels great. I am so glad I decided to take the plunge. I kept looking at the box ..... It's gentle but doesn't take forever like an organic color would. It covers the thick gray hair mixed in with my dark brown and everyone comments on how shiny my hair is. It is so easy to use, I love it. I've recommended it to my friends and may are now converts!

I've been using this product for the past couple of years and I love how my hair shines after colouring it. It isn't as harsh on my hair as the drug store brands. I also love how the bottle of colour for my roots differs from the one for the rest of my hair. I no longer get that super strong colour on my roots. Much better blending.

I love that you can adjust the color for the season by asking my specialist to just it lighter or darker. The coloring last longer than what you purchase at the store. It leaves my hair soft.

This time I opted for a bit lighter shade for summer and it holds very nice, my hair is soft and shiny as always colour is very natural and doesn't look like a fake, that's what I really like.

Dependable coloring results after use -- no surprises of a too light or too dark result. Color is consistent and lasts weeks longer than other products I've used (including salon coloring). Love the product!

I absolutely love my hair color, although it could be a little more on the brighter red side and redder on the roots, the color is a thumbs up. Also, the way my hair felt while washing it and the after math of it being dry... It was Soft and not rough to deal with like how other hair colors leave it feeling!! Definitely recommend and will order again!!

I have been using this product for several years and it is great. Natural looking color that does not fade. Very easy to apply and blend (I only do roots). My hair is gray/white and this is hard to find color that does not make you look like the painted lady.

I love your product the color last so much longer and that is a tremendous plus also for gray coverage since mine is most at the hairline at crown of my head. The color product does not dry your hair out & the bonus shampoo & crime rinse and gloves just makes it a great service. I'm very happy with my personalized color. You wouldn't know that my hair was colored, it matches so well. If I get the itch to add a little more red my colorist adds just enough. If I want less red, just the right amount is removed. I love this color.
