Esalon has made home hair color easy. The team has created a color for me and it makes it impossible for others to know I color my hair. The color stays true. I have used other brands but after several washings my hair would become brassy and the color would fade. In addition to great color, the product adds texture and volume. I love it. I recommend it to all my friends.

I love the color. It is vibrant without being artificial looking. My hair is never dry and brittle after coloring and it still has great shine. I would have given 5 stars except for the fact that it washed out very quickly. I followed directions, but may try leaving it in for the maximum time, next time.

I have been using eSalon for some over a year now. There has been only ONE time that I ended up with red/orange hair - and I believe that it was more my fault than eSalon's. I had mixed the color and developer as directed.....BUT, due to circumstances I was delayed in coloring my hair by over an hour.
My hairdresser has commented that my hair is in extremely great condition - even with daily shampooing and styling. eSalon remains true to my color for 5-6 weeks. The tonal color is VERY true to my natural color. I highly recommend eSalon!

I love the consistency of this color when applying to my hair, and the scent is mild too. My hair turns out glossy, vibrant and rich with color every time!
I would give 5 stars if the color held on to my grays longer. This is seriously my only complaint; my grays start to show through my color before I even have growth showing. I use color safe shampoo and conditioner, and yet by about my 5th wash the dreaded grays are peeking through again.
ESalon is one of my favorite new finds this year! I love the ease of having it delivered to my door, and my color turns out beautiful every time! The profile I completed before my first order was so easy to do, and yet the accuracy of it is amazing! My color expert gave me a perfect, personalized blend, and that was before I was brave enough to submit my photos! ESalon knows their stuff!
Oh, by the way.... I love how my name is printed on the custom labels for my color kit every month too. Nice touch!

Didn't know what to expect with it been mail order. The site is so easy to use and the colours shampoos conditioners the products are all very good.
It was so easy to stop my order for a short while until I caught up with other bottles of hair colour, and the web site is easy to understand.
I'm changing my hair colour slightly so all I did was send an email with the desired colour and hey presto the clever person who is in charge of my account did it.

I requested a change in my color about 2 colorings ago because I wanted it to be a little lighter. I suggested eSalon reduce the amount of brown, increase the gold and keep the red the same. It was exactly what I was hoping for! I love this color, and following the directions to only color the roots has kept my ends from getting too dark. I sat and looked at the product for two days before I finally tried it. The color was beautiful. It was easy to apply and everything you needed was included (gloves, conditioner, developer, stain guard and stain remover). My hair had really good volume. As soon as I applied the conditioner I could feel the difference. A color chart was included showing percentages of colors used. Amazing product!

The color I get is very close to my natural color, being a red head though it will start to look dull after time. By adding this color it brightens it and brings back the copper and brightness. It doesn't look like I dye my hair, it helps that it is custom made and so close to my natural color. I wont use any other color !!!

I've been using eSalon product for 4 color treatments now and I love it. It's quick, easy to use and has not damaged my hair at all. I have very long hair, almost to my lower back and everyone tells me how my hair is so shiny and healthy looking. I changed my color to a lighter shade and it was perfect...just a touch lighter than the first one. I tell everyone that colors their hair regularly to try this product.

Over the years I have tried different store boxes and also going to a stylist for my color. My situation is a little difficult as I am on the road quite a bit and frequently do not have time to run to the store or a hair salon to get my color updated. With the flexibility of ordering online I know that the box comes automatically and when I have that moment of "OMG, I need to color" it is right there and ready for me. Establishing my color was a very simple process. With the reminders that are sent to you for the next order, you have the ability to tweak it or change completely if you want. I was not in mediately convinced but the more I use my esalon made for me hair color the more I love it. I wanted something that matched my neutral color as much as possible and this is it. Store-bought haircolor's made my white hair look neon orange. If you want a do-it-yourself salon looking color – this is the product for you!

I'm 75, been coloring my hair for many years and never has it looked so good. It looks natural and recently I was visiting with two ladies close to my age about hair issues. I said something and they both chimed in with "Yes, but you don't have white hair." They couldn't have been more wrong. We had quite a laugh.

I have thick, curley hair that is to the middle of my back. They sent me 2 bottles and the coverage of 1 bottle was amazing so I had plenty to do all my hair. The color my stylist mixed for me was perfect and my hair was baby soft afterward. I was so nervous before about doing my own hair due to a color boo-boo and having to go to the store because I ran out of product (3 bottles total)but now I might even start experimenting with color. The price, you can't beat it. I would highly recommend it!

I am completely satisfied with the hair color the esalon stylist has developed for me. It is a quality product that stays in longer, looks natural from day 1, and is a fourth of the cost of going to a salon. I have repeatedly tried to explain to different stylists the effect I was trying to achieve and each time I got results that were ok, but not what I was looking for. I tried esalon on a whim and the custom color the stylist mixed is exactly the result I have been trying to get. Apparently, the colorists here actually understand what I am saying and the look I want. It's so great. My greys were completely covered, my hair looks fantastic, and I finally have the dark auburn that doesn't look fake, coppery, or make me look sallow. THANK YOU

First time and so far so good. Easy to use, shade match great, will see how it lasts thru 4-5 weeks. I have a gray streak that resists

Love the hair color I receive from eSalon. It took us several months to get the right color (I chose a color that was too dark to begin), but they have been very patient and more than willing to work with me. My hair stylist says it is a very high quality product. Doesn't fade as fast as the boxed brand I was using. Highly recommend it!

I read some reviews after I ordered my first custom color, although most were very good, there were a few that made me a bit nervous. I can honestly say I have gotten a great color using the products and following the coloring procedure. Esalon hair color had less odor than pharmacy colors, my skin had no irritation,and my hair texture feels great! Thank you Mindy for getting my perfect custom color!

I have been coloring my hair red for over 15 years at various expensive high-end salons. I was hardly ever satisfied with the outcome. Often, I would go straight home and try and wash out some of the color to make it look more normal. I finally decided to give e-Salon a try a few months ago. Since I have been doing my own hair with e-Salon I have received nothing but compliments on how beautiful my hair looks !
