This is so much better than drugstore color. It makes my hair look really natural. It's not all one color like shoe polish, it almost looks like I have highlights. I get a version of light brown - I love it!

The online colorists are great and work with me to get just what I want. And soooo easy. If your hair isn't ready for another application, you just change the delivery date. If I go to the salon, I just skip one. Very nice.

My second application is so to be delivered. I am very pleased with the color my stylist created. I am a Red Head and I wanted to go grey, my way, gradually. So far this product has done this for me. I will probably see more of the shuttle change with the next application. I am using Medium Ash Blond.

I stopped going to the salon years ago when I found that I could color my hair myself pretty effectively using a drug store product. The color did not last as long, but since I have curly hair and can easily conceal roots, the savings was worth it for me. I would color my hair every 5-6 weeks. I decided to try E-Salon after seeing an ad online. The experience was immediately better, as the kit comes with two sets of gloves, a nicer applicator bottle and for a little extra money you can buy a bowl and brush for application. Stain guard and stain remover is also included which was a nice perk. I was nervous about the color, but I had submitted two photos to the E-salon team and what do you know...they got it right the first time! I was asked via email several times if changes needed to be made to the formula, but I am in my 5th month of using it and I have no changes. Love love love it...and it lasts a bit longer than the drug store brand I was using (Revlon)

I just love this service. I don't know how I have done so long without it. My hair color is great and it is super easy to tweak if I need/want to. All of the folks I have spoken with were super helpful. The array of additional items that come with the color is excellent too (2 pair gloves, stain remover, stain guard, shampoo, conditioner).

Easy to handle and put on, the hair can be combed easily when the colour has been put on, when rinsing the colour from the hair and drying it afterwards, the hair feels very soft. The colour looks natural and does not have this coloured helmet effect!

The process of selecting my color was easy to understand and didn't take much time. My order was confirmed quickly and shipping time was acceptable. Once I got the product, the instructions were easy to follow and the coloring was really close to what I wanted. Shampoo and conditioner were great. Next time I would go a little darker on the color to hide the gray better.

I used to try the boxed hair colors from retailers, but switched after reading reviews about eSalon's product. It is far superior to any other do-it-yourself color treatment. My hair is shiny and the gray coverage is excellent! I would highly recommend this product.

I loved that I was able to ask for adjustments to be made to the colour to make it just right for me. When my hairdresser told me how good she thought the colour was, I knew that it was pretty perfect. Just took 3 tweaks of the colour with the eSalon haircolourist.

If you follow the guide on the website for describing your color and send a good photo you should have a great result. I find the color to be high quality, not harsh, and I love the package that comes with each order, complete with gloves (2 pair), shampoo & conditioner, a stain-removal towelette and stain-prevention creme. Great!

I love the custom hair color e-salon sends me. I have tried two different shades and they last a long time. I have a lot of grey in my natural haircolor now but you would never know it for the next 6-8 weeks after I color. WONDERFUL product.

I know, my stylist can do certain things that I cannot and I'll continue to go to her for that but in the meantime touching up my roots myself for 1/4 the cost is fine with me. My Made for You personalized color is great, doesn't fade and colors my grays. If I haven't been satisfied with my color I just let my personalized stylist know what I want and they work with me to satisfy my color change needs. I think I've been using this service for 1 year. I love it! Its convenient and way less expensive than a salon to do touch ups.

I have long hair that drinks in color. The color matched the picture I sent in perfectly. I used to spend over a hundred dollars to color my hair. Now I color it twice as often at less than a quarter of the price! Bye bye gray hair!

When my hair reached a level of gray that made weaving seem silly, I decided to go with coloring all of my hair. In this economy, I was no longer able to justify (or could afford) $85-100 to get my hair colored in the salon and I cringed thinking of buying color in the store not knowing a thing about what my hair needed. I read about eSalon and decided to try it. I got the color and my husband helped me put it on and was pleasantly surprised. Over the next few months, I asked, in my lay terms, for slight changes in color to come up with what I have now. I can change for summer, winter or when my doctor changes my medication levels (I'm only guessing about the medication changes, but it seemed to coinside). The changes are slight and exactly in the direction I wanted to go. I've colored my hair about 6 times now with eSalon color and I have never needed a hat or to wear my hair in a ponytail unless I wanted to. My hair is healthy and the color lasts. I am very happy with the results and the easy way I can change the color without an "OMG!" moment. I've also purchased a few of their products and those we reasonably priced and of good quality.

So far eSalon has delivered what I asked for and I am very satisfied with the results. I had requested few changes to better cover the gray and diminished the reddish tone and e Salon had honor my request with great results, it's true I have to do the work but the instructions are easy to follow and if I do follow them I will be happy at the end of the process. Also I don't have to worry about a mistake because I don't need to deal with other people doing my hair and messing up the color I ask for. It's been my experience mostly of the time the beauty salon do not deliver what you ask for. As long I can do it myself I will stick with eSalon.

i just used my first esalon hair color, it is fabulous I love the color there is no red. now I just have to wait and see how my gray roots hold up otherwise I am VERY happy with this custom color

I have been coloring my hair for some years now. I experimented, but I could never get the results I wanted on a regular basis. With eSalon, I know I will get the color I want, and if I want to tweak it, they will do it exactly right!!! I love it!

I found a review of eSalon in a magazine and thought I would give it a try, I have never looked back!
It is amazing quality and the colour is fantastic. I get so many complements, my hair has never looked so good. I will never use another hair dye again !

This is a wonderful vibrant easy to do eSalon that looks like I've been to a Peofessional Salon and paid a fortune for! But didn't pay a fortune and did get professional help from eSalon and was so easy to do myself and on my time table at home! Love it!!!!

Love the colour. This was my third time using this product and I'm over the moon! It's easy fun and looks fabulous. A huge plus is how long it lasts. So impressed! I've been writing a blog for the past 3 years and have written about eSalon.ca. Love it!

When we finally get the color right I will give it five stars. We've only done 2 applications with the new color and we are close. I'm thinking the third times the charm. I love the way my hair feels and how manageable it is after I color it.

With 4 kids, I rarely have time to think of my self, let alone coloring my hair. I have a ton of grey, too! With eSalon, though, they keep up on it for me, reminding me that it's time to touch up or change the color all together. It shows up at my door with personalized instructions. My greys are covered easily, and the color is perfection. My hair is soft to touch with a natural glow. I couldn't ask for more! Thanks eSalon!!

After i explained that i needed more red i got the perfect colour they listened to my criticism and made the changes to my colour now i have the perfect colour.

Beautiful, natural looking color. My hair texture is wonderful , smooth and soft. This is my second order and I have loved it both times . E Salons color is fade resistant and holds its beauty so much longer than store brands I've purchased in the past.

I've been using esalon for my coloring needs for over a year now and they constantly get it right. The color is exactly what I want (I do update my photos so the colorist can see what it currently looks like). It's easy to use and comes with clear instructions. If I ever want to change the color before my next shipment they also make that super easy and send an email a few weeks before the scheduled delivery. If I don't need to change anything I don't have to do anything!

The color is perfect. I could not find a lighter shade of red (not through salons, or box hair dye). I sent my picture to eSalon and explained the color I wanted. They made the perfect color!

but I shouldn't have been. My color looks amazing. I love it. Best hair color I have ever used. I went with a permanent formula and I was afraid it would damage my already dry ends. Nope, no damage, my hair in fact feels healthier than before I colored it. I love everything about my experience.

Love love love this company and their hair color product! I was spending 100.00 every 4 to 6 weeks to have my hair done and I could never get the exact color I wanted. A friend told me to try eSalon and it was perfect the first time. I get everything I need sent to my house when I want it for so much less money. Plus I don't have to spent hours in the salon chair. Doing it at home is very easy and quick. No more leaving work early or trying to find a babysitter to get my hair done. So happy to have found eSalon.
