I absolutely love this color, it's a bit lighter than my natural color but it compliments my skin tones. It's amazing at covering my gray and leaves my hair soft. It lasts a long time, it's very natural looking and does not fade. I also love the new packaging it is really cute and not so generic looking like the previous packaging.

I wanted to keep my natural hair color while covering greys with a warm undertone. I have bought boxed permanent application from the store and they wash out only after a few weeks leaving my greys exposed again. Even though its cheaper by a few bucks from esalon it does not do the job well. I then started esalon not knowing what to expect. It's permanent! This stuff stays on until your roots grow. Premium salon quality. I love it. I am never going to store bought stuff or paying high prices at the salon again just to cover my greys! I am consider to try their highlight line just for fun. I am sure the quality will be there as well. I have gotten so many compliments on my hair color, i am a permanent customer still going strong. You have to give this a try. I have gotten a couple of coworkers and friends on this as well. You wont regret it.

I have always used highlights at a salon to lighten my hair. With the gray coming in I have not even highlighted my hair in a while. I have never had a hint of red which this darker brown did. This is the first time I have gone darker that my husband, kids and myself loved it! My hair was so soft and shiny that my teenaged daughters could not stop running their hands through it.

At eSalon's suggestion I tried demi-permanent instead of permanent color. It lasted longer without fading than my past coloring products, and the color is fabulous!

I have to admit I was very skeptical at first, it looked really dark when applying. But after rinsing and washing then dried; it was soft, shiny and tamed!! Very pleased and this will be my new go to instead of 2+ hours on the salon chair!!

First of all, customer service: Prompt responses and excellent follow-up procedures. Every one has been kind, friendly and very accommodating.
The product: Really excellent instructions are provided; it was so easy to apply, it smells great and leaves my hair shiny and natural looking, not dry and dull or feeling brittle. Grey coverage is great.
I will not "go" anywhere else from now on. No more expensive trips to the salon!

As I've passed the 70th birthday, grey was OK for awhile, as the strands were admired by many; Nevertheless, a woman always wants a change. Now, folks say appearance is more youthful. My 85 year old spouse followed the directions to assist in overall mastery of application! The product was generous, coverage very good over grey, and the odor was tolerable in confined bathroom quarters. The conditioner was of a delightful fragrance, not detectable by bedtime to follow the procedure! I'll be certain to preach the good news of this product, as well. Tips were very helpful as to retaining the color longer.

The 2 color system, one for roots and one for ends, was exactly what i needed to get my hair the same color from roots tp tip and the overall color is amazing. It looks so natural and isnt drying or breaking. My colourist did a wonderful job picking my custom color and i cant wait to continue using this product. I will never go back to box colors again.

I love that I do not have to spend so much time at a beauty shop. Being a teacher I am always looking to say time somewhere. So while my color is on I work on my school things. I have not once been disappointed using Esalon, not once, since I started 18 months ago when I had to downsize and stop going to the salon. Any adjustments to my color, or questions regarding grey coverage have been answered promptly and with great satisfaction. I get comments all the time on how natural my color looks. I've used esalon for a couple of years now, Been very pleased with price, product, and quality of how natural my hair looks... I'm a natural red head and as I've aged my hair has become dull, so I just need that slight touch to bring it back to what it was!!

Love the way the kit comes specialized with my name on it. Easy instructions to follow. Everything in there you need. Pretty good coverage. Greys still difficult to cover.

First off, i love that everything is personalized and the customer service is great! Secondly, the product does not leave that death of the hair smell when you wash it off. Lastly, the color is beautiful! I am hooked!

I love the super shine and intense bright finish of my new colour. The compliments I receive on a daily base, even weeks after my first touch up are lovely. I have never had such a good quality home box dye, I love the bespoke boxed package with clear instructions and kit to use. I am very happy with it, and fabulous customer service!

I've always had my hair colored at a salon, I've never done it myself. I was so scared to try but eSalon made it so easy with great instructions and videos to watch. I first did a strand test and then did the all over permanent color. It turned out perfectly! I'm so excited to receive my color in the mail just when I need and want it. I bought the accessories kit and cape and loved those as well, they were very helpful as I had nothing to start with at home.

I was a bit worried, at first, considering the last time was not really good. It was too dark. This time, my directions were different. It turned out perfect. I thought at first that I had lost my directions that we're like the other ones but I followed it and Walla, it was perfect. Thank you esalon!!!!!

I love the gray coverage I get with my color! Initial color was a little dark, so Alix, who is awesome, adjusted it just a little lighter. Now my color is fabulous!

I love this product! I am 46 and 80% grey. Tired of being tied to a schedule of a stylist and not happy with the coverage of products bought in drug stores. I have been to the beach, swimming, and my color is perfect! The process is perfect and I don’t have to remember to buy hair color at the store! Love it! If you’re worried about the color don’t, as a new customer they called me to verif my color needs! I had color and highlights and grey! Follow the directions and you’ll be happy you invested in this product!

I really am impressed how well my color has been combined specifically for me without ever having my colorist see my hair in person! Just through photos submitted through eSalon, my colorist has mixed the right shade of chocolate that works with my complexion. Every time I dye my hair, I am so happy with the results.

I have trouble finding a brown that's not too dark or too red. This medium brown with violet is exactly what I wanted. I originally got the dark brown, but I just messaged them asking to make it lighter, and the next box was perfect. I also love that it automatically ships to me when I decide, because I'm always thinking "man, I need to color my hair" and then the kit just shows up! I love this product/service. Never paying $60 for the wrong color at the salon ever again.
