I just used my kit for the first time. It had great instructions & was easy to use. I love the Color it turned out & the gloss is amazing! It is a richer red than I have had in the past but I really like it. Not to mention all the cash I just saved!

I love this color! As I was waiting to finish the process, I was afraid it would be too dark! It was not as dark as I feared. My family loves it! At first the odor was a little strong but it quickly left! My daughter read the instructions for me as I performed the process. It was easy to do and no unusual colors on my skin! LOL Thank you!

I love this hair dye - it keeps my hair feeling strong and healthy but also delivers an intense colour, so it's well worth the money. Its easy to apply. Having it shipped on a regular interval also prevents me from colouring my hair too often, which is something I used to do when I bought hair dye off the shelf. eSalon are always very helpful with amending the colour as well, so if I feel like changing the shade slightly they are happy to oblige. I dye my hair a copper shade, which is prone to fading, but my eSalon colour lasts longer than shop-bought, and I can extend it further with the Color Enhancing Mask. They even once sent me a colour gloss (for free) which was excellent and I also reccommend that as well.

Overjoyed as a new client! So far I've only utilized eSalon once. Shipment arrived very quickly! Moreover, my color hasn't been this close to it's natural shade (what I asked for) in as long as I can remember and It's even more beautiful. I'm in love. I love smell of the product, I didn't smell like I just did my hair. First with the color I loved it. Because my friends said my does look orange, which I have It done by my hair stylist for 6 years. My natural light brown hair color is becoming grey. Common OTC at home brand hair color left a brassy red undertone. Esalon created my perfect color. It completely covers my grey and leaves a lovely very light brown. Love it

The packaging is well thought out and everything you need to be successful at home hair coloring is there for you. Your colorist will work with you to achieve your best look. I have recently tried the newest product the home hair high lightening.....Video shows you how to do it..easy easy easy..and voila...you have an enhanced sunny look. I love this company! It is a quarter of the price I was paying at the salon and the colorists do a beautiful job giving you the color you ask for. The kit that comes each time is complete with everything I need to do the job and always has very clear step-by-step instructions so you really can't make a mistake. I don't know that I will pay for a hair color again. I love that I was able to provide a picture of my current color to get the color I desired. It was so super simple to apply. My 13 year old daughter applied my color. The color turned out perfect! I get so many compliments on my color and how good it looks. I will continue to use this until the end of time 🙂

My hair color was a little darker than I'm used to, but that can be adjusted. I love the ease of use. The package arrived well before my need for it. I was squishing it in between the bridal shower and the wedding 2 days later. Very easy directions and enough product to do the job.

My eSalon hair color is a perfect match to my natural color!! I love it! It's so easy and convenient to use and no odor. I use it in combination with the Color Care Shampoo and Conditioner. As a busy working mom that allows me to extend the time between coloring. I don't have time to sit in a salon every 6 weeks. Now I color my hair in 20 minutes on a Sunday night and I'm ready to go! I have been an e-salon customer for a few years now and it is a great company. They adjust haircolor based on my feedback and the results are wonderful. My hair has a variety of colors not flat, covers my gray hair and looks/feels great. I recommend them to all my friends/family the money I have saved is awesome but wouldn't keep coming back if it wasn't a great system. If you haven't tried it you should.

I can't thank you enough! I was in a pickle as a scheduling conflict meant I had to miss my regular color/style appt at the salon. With some helpful tips from the colorist at eSalon, I selected a color for my gray root grow out. Within 7 days I had my color kit (also got the cape & tools kit)
The instructions were very clear and the results are fantastic! My hair had highlights from my last salon appt & the tips showed me how to protect them. So HAPPY with results!!! Love my hairdresser, but I might be seeing her now just for trims & highlights...& to catch up on the latest "news"!!

I finally used your product! I waited due to letting my grey hair grow out more so, so I could see how
the color took to it. I have not ever, ever found such a hair color product that made such a difference, not only the color was done exceptionally well to fit my complexion and skin color, but it also made my hair softer and more manageable. I have extremely curly hair and it softened it and now my curls are loose and wavy. I'm going to continue with the same color, but maybe later play with other colors that will fit with my skin color. Better than salon experience

I was wary to dye my own hair at first. eSalon was my first experience dying my whole head by myself. I wanted my roots to match my length. My roots were a dark blonde, and my hair was a faded copper. I am SO impressed with how my hair turned out!! The roots match the rest of my hair, and my hair is a beautiful, rich copper. My hair stylist could never give me the vibrant, natural red head look I wanted. eSalon managed to achieve that for a third of the price of a salon. I'm so happy with my hair. The instructions were very clear, and I feel confident in dying my own hair from now on.

I was a bit skeptical at first but thought I would give it a go. I can't believe the coverage I got and my hair feels so much better now. I will never go back to store bought dye again. Thank You eSalon........ I am a True Believer.

Never thought I would be happy with an all over color, since I was used to blonde highlights. But this is no flat or boring color. I love the way it works with my hair, it is dimensional and more beautiful than I ever thought it could be with an all over color! I wish I had done this years ago!

This is the most amazing service I found online. It is just so wonderful I am struggling to put it in words. I would recommend it to everyone and I have been. The colour is perfect, the coverage is perfect. It is easy and simple to use and my hair feels and looks the best it ever has.
I love that I do not have to think and Esalon has made this little bit of my life so much simpler.

The made for you hair color is much better than anything you will find at the store and even surpasses most of the salon products. The directions are very detailed and clear.

I was very nervous about using this color but I am absolutely thrilled with the results. The color was just beautiful and my hair was shiny and soft to touch. It was also easy to style afterward and I will definitely be reordering.

My color is a little dark, but it fades in a week then is perfect. My hair is falling out less which is fantastic!

Fully covers greys and is a beautiful rich dark brown without the red tones that I really dislike. My husband loves the coverage and color too. I will keep coloring with this product in the future. Note, the colorist thought it was 2 shades darker than my natural color....I have to disagree. It is a shade darker, but it covers all of my greys like nothing else has and with my lighter skin with olive undertones it is very complimentary. Thank you for a great product!

I tried the spray coverup. You were out of the DRK brown. So I tried the black spray. The black spray was a good choice. Following the directions, I shook it up quite a bit in order to blend the color. It wasn't covering my gray unless I put the nozzle close to my head. I tried several ways to get the coverage. Also, I used quite a bit in order to cover the gray. I may just go back to my old standby. It works, and is 1/2 the cost.
I love you g the other products. My hair color is very pretty with dark brown mix. The neutralizer is awesome!!! As well as the color mask to give my hair a blend of copper highlites. I've had many complements on my color.

Wasn't sure what colour would suit me but knew roughly what I wanted. After speaking with the colourist who explained the colour I picked wouldn't suit me I felt more confident about the colour and now I have dyed my hair I am ABSOLUTELY OVER THE MOON with my colour.

eSalon was able to do what 3 local salons could not! They were able to fix my color and cover my greys without fading between coloring. I definately reccomend trying this.

Loved the red end mix matched the color I have on no drastic changes which is great the root mix was a little to dark for my liking at first but I am starting to notice the blend of the two together is perfect. I'm so glad the formula came out perfect.
