Love the custom color set. I have worked with the color professional 3-4 times since I started using my custom color formula back in 2020. Each time I got a quick response to my questions or requests. With the few tweaks to my formula I now think the color is perfect. I get so many compliments, even from people I don’t know. I’m 72 years old and even Dr’s I have had to see recently thought I was in my 50’s . I’m sure my beautiful natural looking hair color is a part of why they think that. I will continue to use eSalon’s Custom Color set for a very long time. So glad I started using it.

This product is sooo convenient! I have short hair, in my mid 60's with a LOT of gray, I get to color my hair whenever I want to, in the comfort of my own home and save tons of money from coloring my hair at home, plus - I have a personal colorist consultant. I had been coloring my hair for years then went totally grey. After working in a place with over 20+ mirrors I decided I didn't like looking at that woman with the grey hair all the time. So I saw this add on FB and thought I would give it a try. The color is soft and not brash. It is easy to apply. I was a cosmetologist in a former life and this is about as easy as it gets. They also have so may other options if you want to up your game. It's a win/win for me!

J'ai essayé plusieurs couleurs pendant 2-3 ans et je n'arrivais pas à trouver celle qui me convenait. Mais à présent c'est le cas, après quelques ajustement, j'ai une couleur qui me ressemble et ça fait du bien !
L'autre chose importante pour moi est de savoir que j'utilise un produit qui n'est pas testé sur les animaux.

Very pleased with the service and outcome. I had bad highlights coloring experience in November 2023 and was frustrated with how damaged and patchy my hair looked. I waited 6 months to color it again and I have lost trust in hair salons. They either cut my hair too short or mess up my color, so I decided to do it myself. Esalon instructions on how to deal with blonde highlighted hair was fantastic. My hair is now a few shades darker and it looks great. Just what I was looking for!

The color matched my original hair color to a tee and covered the gray that was coming in! I have had my hair color now for 6 weeks! The color is lasting well - my hair has shine and the gray is covered. It is time for a touch up though as my roots are coming in with some grey. But no problem- the hair formula is easy to put on in specific areas - and the stains on hands, scalp or around hairline are easy to get off if you miss a spot or touch a spot without a glove on. This is all so much easier than I thought it would be! And I am happy with the results!

My hair was a light brown, I had a plum color a few years ago but I tried so many formulations and different brands to get the same color and it never worked out so I just stopped dying it. I tried this, and it gave me the perfect color, and I think filled the cuticle a bit cause my curls are way less frizzy after the dye. Very happy with my purchase, and will be purchasing again whenever it fades. Thank you so much!

I was so excited to get my first box and tried it 3 hours after I received it in the mail. And I love it, they nailed the color perfectly!!! Great job!! I'm a strawberry blonde and it's very hard to find my match and they got it right the first time. The color they blended for me was medium/Blonde/copper red. And it's perfect for a strawberry blonde.

Ok this is the second time i’ve used esalon color,so delighted with results first time thought I would give it another try . Just as pleased with results although I think my timing was off or applying dye technique wasn’t as precise. I had some areas not quite holding color as well but think it was my fault rather than product. Bought the root spray so when it’s really noticeable I will use that until next dye application. Still feel it’s worth the effort and price is far below what I would pay at salon. I’m satisfied and will continue to use esalon. Thanks.
Adding an update ,it’s 2024 and still using and extremely happy with color system ,even my former colorist from Ulta said it was professional looking that she could not replicate the lovely color herself! That is a great recommendation!

Absolutely love this. Colour in root was different to the length colour so looks streaky! However I’m not sure if that was just me and my first time with a bowl and brush! Customer service is fantastic and i can’t wait for my next order! My hair felt Amazing after! Highly recommend!

I’m happy with the color and the grey coverage. Everything was easy to use, and the “little” things (like a sticker to hang the instructions) are a great touch! Very happy with the product and experience!

The eSalon team has been exceptional and getting the exact color I wanted. The responsiveness and dedicated customer service is bar none. I loved my last color but wanted a little more red and explained what I wanted and the colorist created the exact color I needed. Really good colour match , neutralised orange tone as I asked left shiny and soft. Plenty of product to use didn’t run out and I have waist lenghth long hair! Highly recommend

I love this process, I wish I had found it earlier. Since my hair has started to grey I’ve been paying a lot to have it colored at the salon. This is a perfect solution. And I actually prefer doing it at home. I’m a customer for life!

I was pretty satisfied with this color. I love the actual color but there are still little tiny hues of red - nothing to make me angry though. Overall these hair colors are really nice and my hair feels great after coloring!

I am so happy with the custom set. It is so easy to use and I look like I've gone to a shop. The color is so soft and natural looking without the harshness on my hair of over the counter colors. Absolutely love this hair colour. Exactly the colour I wanted. Easy to follow instructions and application technique. Love being able to get it delivered every 4 weeks it's so easy. Absolutely salon standard hair colour. Price is so much cheaper than the hairdressers. Love the fact they contact you to see if you need it adjusting. Love that you can purchase add ons. I had some gray hairs coming in and I desperately needed to get my hair colored. At first, I was very hesitant, but after I finally decided to go for it, I must say that I am a "lifer" for sure! Second order of my hair dye and it is absolutely beautiful. The first order I had picked out more of a red brown, it was a lovely rich colour but not for me. Thibault remixed me a beautiful dark chocolate brown. The shine is amazing and my hair feels so soft even after all the damage I had.
