Esalon has simplified my hair coloring process in every way. My original hair color was uneven and after speaking with a specialist, a color was specially formulated to match the intended results and it matched beautifully and evened out the color! The color was slightly bolder/brighter (still beautiful) than I had expected, but after the first wash, the color was perfect and exactly what I asked for. I have tried every color and brand and have never gotten so close to my desired look. The packaging alone surprised me... It included everything you could need in a hair kit, stain protector, several pairs of gloves, sample-sized shampoo and conditioner and detailed instructions for my specific formula. Another great aspect is that you can have it shipped to you and set up on auto delivery. I never have to shop different stores looking for a specific brand or color again and if I want to tweak my hair color, all I have to do is ask. This product did not damage my hair and it still feels silky after several washes. They can give you any color and any shade it doesn't matter what your starting hair color is, they will help you achieve what you are looking for. I plan to shop their other hair care products, because the product and services I have received as coverted me completely. I'll never shop anywhere else. Esalon's product and knowledge is exactly as described on their website. You will not be disappointed.

This is truly the best hair color I have ever used. I have been letting my gray grow out and it's aging me . I was using to dark of a box color that had grown out and I cut off so I had no color on my hair at all and what you helped me pick is just perfect! The best my hair has looked in years. I feel better ! Look younger! And it lasts longer than any color I have ever used Thank you!

It's always hard to pick the best root color, especially when I have high and low lights!
The first color I chose looked good but just a bit too dark.i asked for more grey cover and a shade lighter. It is Perfect! This color system is so easy to use and saves me a ton of money doing it myself!

J’avais arrêté mon abonnement car je n’étais pas satisfaite de ma couleur au départ mais tout compte fait elle rend bien . Elle est plus claire que ce que j’ai l’habitude de faire et il fallait un temps d’adaptation. Elle sent très bon aussi. Merci.

When I color my hair with grocery store brands my hair looks flat and drab, no matter how well the company has marketed the product . Professional highlights look good but dry out my hair every time. My color is a soft red, and it leaves my hair soft and glowing. The color almost exactly matches my daughter’s’ gorgeous natural soft red. I don’t look grey or washed out. Thank you!!!

I love this stuff. I never had time to get to the salon, and I have received more compliments on my hair color since using it than ever from salons. Also, I had an issue with breaking a bottle this month. Customer service offered me a free replacement without charge, and I wanted to pay! They are so understanding. I highly recommend.

j'adore la couleur qui est faites sur mesure pour une première coloration à distance je suis très contente je crois que j'ai trouvé mon salon de coiffure merci à Stéphanie ma coloriste en revanche petit bémol cela ne recouvre pas les cheveux blancs que j'ai sur les tempes, j'espère que cette coloration tiendra sur la durée merci

I am VERY pleased with my color. It is not brassy or orangey as some usually turn out.
I am really surprised that my hair turns out waaaay better than when I went to the salon and paid at the very least 10x more $!!

La couleur est belle, brillante, ne dégorge pas ( ce qui chez moi est un exploit), les cheveux blancs sont bien couverts, tient dans le temps ( pas de perte d'éclat au fil des semaines). J'adore aussi la possibiilité de faire adapter la nuance au file du temps, la réponse du coloriste est super rapide et le changement correspond parfaitement à ma demande. Grande fan!

I was looking for a product to have at home for those days when I don't have time to run to the salon. But now I am doing it at home more often than expected. I was very sceptical about the whole process but I've been desperate to find this particular colour for my hair and tried so many box dyes with disappointing results.
Instructions were easy to follow.
I was so scared when my colour had developed I nearly cried cause I thought it was so dark! But oh my god I should have had faith. It washed off to the most perfect copper/ginger that I've been trying to achieve for so long. I just love it. Fantastic thank you

Was afraid at first with how dark color was but after a couple of months, my sis told me I finally got the bleached look out of my hair and have my natural color - but now with rich dark copper highlights. Better than when I was in my 20's and 30's - and I am well beyond that!

OK, so I have about 5 different colors in my hair from coloring my new growth - greys all around the hairline and it drives me crazy. I tried to highlight to blend with my caramel color hair with golden highlights and I couldn't do it! E-salon solved my challenge in one 30 min. application - a beautiful root beer brown with golden highlights - Lovin it.

I get so many complements on my hair color! I was skeptical as about the quality of the color as I have always had my hair colored at a salon. This is gorgeous and WAY less expensive!

I have to say that i was skeptical because no hair color ever stayed in my hair. Always faded within two to three weeks. I am amazed. This hair color has not faded, looks great. I love it.

I was very nervous my hair would be to dark, but it looks just as good as a salon color. I can’t tell a difference at all. The instructions were so easy to follow. I do have to point out that if you have fine thin hair like me then the color set will last you two seperate sessions. I just wanted to make sure I followed the directions and mixed everything as directed, but then I realized I could’ve saved some of the dye for my next session. I’ll def keep using this and say goodbye to a $230 bill at the salon for a simple basic color.

Finally - I got the colour I want and asked for. I was always walking out of salons with brassy yellow hair despite telling them I do not want yellow - I want ash. I finally got ask and I love it. No yellow brassy tones. No more salon for me.

I ordered the full set with ends refresher. I'm not a hairdresser and yes i did have to buy a. mirror on amazon made just for seeing the back of my hair to color it. I wasn't expecting results like this. I got exactly what i wanted and a lot cheaper than the salon. These days even the budget hair salon cost so much and this service is a lifesaver.
