I never was coloring my hair before . It was my first time pleasant experience. I like the color , my gray coverage on roots are very good . I just missed some spots on roots as it was my first time and now I can slightly see grayish in some spots but it’s only my fault ! Satisfied customer .

Ce ton de couleur me va à ravir. Elle me rajeunit me disent mes amies. La texture des produits n'agresse pas la fibre de mes cheveux. J'aime beaucoup le fait de pouvoir choisir, d'augmenter de diminuer les tons qui composent ma couleur, ils la personnalisent comme je le souhaite. I've colored my hair for about 10 years, but I had *never* done my own color before I ordered this kit. My goal was just to cover my grays and refresh my roots. With just a picture and a brief note to go on, my colorist (Paul) figured out exactly what I needed. I won't say that I applied the color flawlessly--I need more practice!--but my freshened-up roots looked great! It was the warm, coppery gold color I wanted. I then used a gloss to intensify the red a bit.

El tinte que fue preparado para mi me quedo espectacular, estoy encantada porque era el color que queria, lo hice yo sola y no se me afectaron los rayos que tenia. Me encanta.
Solo tengo una duda que se puede hacer con el tinque que queda me quedo mucho tinte. Se puede guardar o hay que desecharlo me gustaria que me dijera.

I love this product! I was very nervous to use it since I never colored my own hair. My hairdresser always did it for the last 20 years. But very easy to use, instructions easy to follow. The color was exactly as I wanted and it has worked perfectly during this pandemic.

Was quite scared to do this - have only ever used salons and had highlights. On advice From Esalon having sent them a lot of photos I did an all over light blonde colour as my hair was well overdue a full head of highlights and the roots were terrible. The blonde came out really well, tiny bit brassy on the roots but I used a silver shampoo which rectified it. The condition of my hair after colouring was incredible very soft and lots of volume. Application was fairly easy, my husband helped with the back. I’ve ordered the tint rinse to combat any Brassy colours next time and the light set to add some highlights! fingers crossed they are as successful as the all over dye! Seriously questioning the need to return to a salon for hours at a time spending a lot of ££

I have known for sometime that my color was going to be discontinued by the manufacture. I have been dreading having to find another color that would be close to mine, as I have been using the same product since I began coloring my hair.
I read an article about your service, so I thought I would give it a shot. I did find it difficult choosing my hair color on the site, but I choose what I thought was the closest. I found it very beneficial to provide a picture of myself, as my colorist said the color that I choose was darker than my picture, so it was tweaked to match closer to what I had. I was very surprised and impressed when you came back with the new color, thank you for adjusting, as I would not have been happy with my original choice.
The instructions were very easy to follow. I recruited my husband for the task and he had only done my roots, so this was new for him. I did a test strip and was very excited to see how close it was. The color is not as light as my hair, but it's a deeper, richer color. I was glad to see that it was a creamy consistency and the application process was simple.
I would definitely recommend your service to my friends and family.
My husband and I love my new color!

My two nieces do my hair-they work in an upscale salon. They both have new babies so with Covid and me working at a hospital no color for me! I was desperate so I gave Esalon a try. So glad I did!! I was nervous and missed a few spots in the back (only did my roots and this was the first time) but nonetheless it came out great! I did send pictures and the colorist did a great job! Matched perfectly! When my niece saw me the next week she said-oh no you don’t need me anymore! Lol! Not the case but I’ve recommended Esalon to all of my very impressed co-workers! Very happy!

It worked great to cover fading out color and also all my grey hair coming in.. at first it was a little darker than I was used to but I finally got used to it. Had many compliments of how pretty and healthy my hair is since I used your product. Fantastic service from start to finish. Had a call to say looking at the imagine I sent they suggested I go a little lighter as I had lots of bleach still in my hair and could discolour. I really have never had good fortune with "store bought" hair coloring. I really love how my hair dresser colors my hair but with Covid-19 and not being able to go to her. I became desperate. I have always gone to the salon for a partial weave. I have been blonde for my whole life- more enhanced now that ever ... I made the switch to all over color from -e-salon and I am converted. My color before eSalon was mostly gray with a bit of brown sprinkled in. I have a tremendous amount of copper undertones in my hair and the color I received pulled that out but made it look natural for my skin tone and age. Thank you- I have found a new color that suits me.

I selected a color which was very similar to my last salon color. It came out perfect. Next time, I’m going to try the highlight kit. It was very easy to do myself. Very pleased!

I have to admit, when I first dried my hair and realized how dark it was, I wasn't sure if I was going to like it, but it looks really good and healthy as well!! Now that I have seen my hair color in different lightings, as well as in the sun, the highlights and tones accent the color perfectly! I may adjust the color, as I will be re-ordering as needed, rather than on a schedule, but I am definitely happy with the overall result of my E* Salon experience! Hats off to my stylist, "colorist", Danielle! My hair hasn't been this dark in a long time because stubborn grey break-through won't allow for it. The coverage from my personalized color that E*salon prepared for me is amazing and I am 100% satisfied!! I would recommend this product to any and everyone, especially those that have trouble with grey coverage. Thanks for making my life easier E*salon!!!

This exceeded all of my expectations! I had never done my own color before and was pretty nervous, but the guide was very well done and easy to follow. The color was fantastic and had EXCELLENT gray coverage. My grays aren’t even gray anymore- at 37, I have a streak that is bright white. This covered it with no problem. The color is rich and just what I wanted. I did send in pictures to the colorist as recommended, and I’m glad I did. Thanks eSalon! I’m a very happy customer!

I was really nervous about coloring my own hair. I have never ever done it before. I must admit that the instructions were really clear and easy to follow. Best of all, the result was excellent. Got to say I was slightly hesitant at using a home colour but during lock down what can you do.

After a disaster with a supermarket bought kit, I decided to try eSalon. I entered all my details and ordered a colour and highlighting kit.

I have never coloured my hair at home. Always had professional high lites but with my usual salon closed due to Covid-19 I decided to give e-salon a try. I'm really happy with colour. I only did grey root touch up but I'm very happy with the colour and condition of my hair. I will have to see how this grows out before I decided to try again but I've a sneaky feeling I may ditch the salon and use this product instead!

I have been going to salon for years. I think it’s over 20 years since I dyed it myself at home. I am naturally around 80% grey and it was well over due with lockdown!
I couldn’t believe how quickly my kit arrived, looking all professional and personalised. I couldn’t wait to get started.

I was so nervous to color my own hair, but the color was perfect! I have thick, wavy hair but I had plenty to cover. My hair was shiny and had good dimensions to the shade. I recommend getting the tools — it makes it so much easier.

I've been using the product for 4 years and find it simple to use, with great results. If I had any issues, I just emailed my stylist and someone got back to me quickly (usually within hours, always within 1 day). For example, I couldn't get the residue out of my hair, and the stylist adjusted my instructions with an additional step. It is easy to adjust your color choice. My hair feels soft after a treatment and the color looks natural.

Well I’ve never coloured hair at home before and was actually quite scared about doing it but my hair was so grey it really needed doing. IT was like a military operation and I followed everything step by step and the result was amazing. My hair was shiny the colour was lovely and most important no grey in sight. Can’t recommend enough especially for the price and bespoke colour to suit 5*

Being in self-isolation, I decided to try a new hair color from a new company...I needed a little excitement in my life.
I am thrilled with this product. My hair looks beautiful, the color has been stable for almost 2 months, and I will be using this forever.
My husband keeps telling me how pretty my hair is and he loves the natural looking highlights and shine. In the past he only commented on my hair when my roots started to show.

This color is exactly what I wanted, took out the warmth in my dark hair, made it shiny and healthy and even. So much better than box dye and spending 100 dollars at the salon to make it the same color and cover the little grey hairs I have. It’s a bit messy so I have to think of a way to make it less of a mess ( my hand is stained ) but that’s a technical issue on my end, highly recommend & thank you to my stylist !
