The current hair color is okay. it gets light from the first day of coloring so that works for me. I also had a Keratin treatment after which maybe why it is getting light.

I love my custom colour! I’ve always had trouble finding a drugstore box colour that was the right mix for my hair. However, I’m very happy with the colour I got from esalon. It’s the right shade of medium brown... not too light or too dark nor too “red”. My colourist, Ally, checked in with me before creating my personal mixture and sent very detailed instructions. This is the next best thing to visiting the salon, and certainly much more economical. I’m very happy with my results!

This color is amazing! It costs a little more than a box of hair dye in Wal-mart but it lasts so much longer! You also get shampoo and conditioner to use afterwards... Five stars!!!

So I have “Virgin” hair, never been dyed before! I was so nervous but decided after reading and watching reviews to go for it. I’ve dyed friends hair so many times and have seen good and bad hair dye kits so I have a little experience. My hair is a medium blonde with natural bleach highlights...I went with a copper/auburn color and LOVE it! It’s so pretty, didn’t dry my hair out and didn’t stain my skin at all. The color took really well and wasn’t patchy at all!

I ordered the dark brown ash and my previous color was slightly lighter with bleached ends which I wanted to get rid of. It also had more of a golden tone. It’s been about a month since I colored my hair and no fading yet! I do follow CGM which might help but box dies usually fade right about now. I loved the tools they gave me for application and the clear instructions. I will be keeping my subscription.

I normally get box dye or on very rare occasions go to the salon to get my hair colored. I figured I would give this a try because my hair has been struggling lately. First, the costumer sevice was excellent. I had a few questions and they were very quick to reply. The kit is fabulous. Comes with more than enough product and very detailed instructions customized for you. The product went on wonderful, was not too runny and coated my hair well. My hair color came out wonderful and not just one typical dimension color. It's got shine and great undertones. My hair feels soft and shiny. Would absolutely recommend

I cannot say how happy I am about how my color came out.i was very sskeptical at first especially because I am a natural redhead, so getting color that looks natural is extremely hard and for a salon that does it via the internet. Wow I love it so very much. I was so scaredthat it would come out more brown than red butnope it came out a beautiful red. Thank you so very much. I am so glad I found you since with having such long hair it is well over $250.00 Easy in a salon to do my hair color and then to do that every 5 weeks.. I didn't know what to expect. I was just hoping the color would not be totally off. I sent two pictures of myself and the results were right on. They matched my color perfect. I'm so happy. I know it will take time to get use to doing it on my own down. Im use to going to a salon. I saved myself $100 doing it on my own, Im thrilled.

I love this hair dye. I actually like my color better than when I've gotten it done at a salon. I thought it would be more similar to store-bought color, but it really is much, much higher quality.

I have spent a small fortune on my hair over the years. I tried store bought color ONCE it left hair feeling dry and brittle. I tried eSalon and the process was easy to follow. I am happy to report that my first experience with eSalon was completely knocked out of the park with a long hit home run!!!!! My color is perfect! My long time stylist told me 20 years ago I would never have to go gray...and I believed him! Now that I’m over 60, covering what has become my predominant hair color has become more difficult. My skin looks good, and damnit! I am a brunette! My custom color is mostly brown with some gold and a hint of violet, and I love it from the day it’s first done until the day it’s due to be redone. It’s better than the color my boy has been applying for all these years. I’m sold!

So happy my hair is no longer blotchy. 14 different shades of red, blonde and brown. I will try this shade again. Did not cover some gray/white . It may have been me not covering it. I have never used a brush before. 🤪

I love the color, it's deep but not brassy. Looks like a salon treatment for sure. The touch up products are large for the price and I'm confident they will be as great as the coloring. I'm a definate repeat customer.

It took a few attempts, but my colorist worked tirelessly with me and has my color right where I want it. The results far surpass any I have ever had from a salon, regardless of cost or level of skill of the salon colorist. The color really lasts! I have extremely long hair and a lot of gray. It covers it superbly. The best part is that, prior to using eSalon products, the gray would begin to show around my face - in the usual places - within 3 weeks, regardless of the type of hair products I used to clean and style. Not so with eSalon. I did not have any gray showing for nearly six weeks this time. Six weeks!

My first color delivery was so close to what I wanted. I have dark blonde hair and ordered the Dark Blonde (Copper). It came out more auburn than I expected, but the softness and shine are amazing and I was still happy with the color. I had some old highlights so I had to color-fill first, then color. I was happily surprised how many tones were still in my hair after coloring! Overall I am very happy and have worked with my colorist to tweak my color for my next delivery (at no charge because I was not 100% happy with my result - eSalon is amazing). I was really nervous to do this myself as I have been getting my hair colored in a salon for the past 20 years. If you are considering, make the jump. It's just hair, you can change it back!

I am a natural redhead that now needs color every 3-4 weeks to eliminate the greys. Esalon color is a perfect match and does not damage my hair. No more overpriced salons.

I am 58 and was using drug store hair color. My hair always looked dull and dry. Since switching to eSalon, my hair is shiny and healthy looking! The color lasts much longer as well. Highly recommend.

I absolutely love E-Salon! I never knew colouring my own hair could be so easy with such fabulous results! I had very bleached ends, a brassy and reddish-bronde crown, uneven colouring and damaged dry hair from swimming all summer in the pool. I was unsure if E-Salon could help me out, as I have no time to go to the Salon, but needed an at-home fix. I sent in a picture of myself and the state my hair was currently in, and I was so impressed with the result, the medium blonde that my colorist Stephanie mixed for me, blended beautifully, into different tones that gave me fabulous dimension. The steps of application were clear and easy to follow. The colour is rich, pigmented, low scented, and very hydrating. The tint rinse once a week is a God send, and I swear in the 5 weeks between applications, my colour has not faded at all. And may I add, that my grey's were beautifully colored and I just couldn't be happier. Everything, from the packaging with my name on the product "Shannon's Colour' to everything else provided- 2 pairs of gloves, mixing bowl, application brush, stain guard, hair clips, and timer.....just made this so easy, enjoyable and such a great experience. Highly highly highly recommended!!!

I was always afraid to try to color my hair at home - what if i picked the wrong box???? This totally takes the guess work out of coloring your hair and I am so happy I tried it! The color formulation was perfect - it matched exactly what I wanted and I am getting so many compliments on my hair. Also your hair is not left feeling dry or damaged. This was a concern because I did try drugstore dye once and my hair felt horrible - with esalon it is the complete opposite! Also I am finding the color lasts longer than my salon color which makes the price even more attractive!

Just the right amount of red to really make the red pop without it being insane. They adjusted my original color and I've finally found my shade! LOVE! LOVE! LOVE!

I always love the way my hair feels after coloring with eSalon's color, we're still working on finding the right shade to fit my super-picky taste in color, but overall the hair-color eSalon product is excellent! It never leaves your hair feeling dried or over processed, just really pretty and shiny. Keep up the good work!

I was extremely hesitant as I am used to spending 250+ on my hair, however the results were more than I could ask for. The color was spot on and I have received so many compliments. I am truly a fan for life!

My colorist, Gena was extremely accommodating. I disliked my first color and she replaced it with a color that fit my skin tone beautifully. She was also very helpful when I wanted to go darker and helped me with my transition shades, my current color (dark brown natural golden) is rich and beautiful, so happy with it! My only issue is that my hair feels quite dry after the initial softness wears off, but it’s to be expected with any dye.

Colour was as expected, I always said I wouldn't do red but I really like it and the fact that those two bottles did cover from root to tips is amazing. The delivery is excellent as well.
