I didn't think it was possible to get such a well matched but not bland (i.e. not all one basic color), super-shiny dye at home! Great directions and the extras provided (i.e. stain remover, etc) were fantastic. Highly recommend!

My natural hair color is medium to dark brown, and I have been coloring it red for over a year. At first, I was buying color from the beauty supply store, but I wasn't getting the longevity I wanted. Plus, every time I went, it was costing me extra for gloves and other supplies. So I tried box color. It wasn't bad, but it wasn't great. I'll admit, I was skeptical about trying a color that I hadn't seen, but my custom color from eSalon is THE BEST RED I have ever had! I've even been to the salon a few times and spent way too much money only to walk out thinking I could have done the very same thing at home. The color I got from eSalon is the color I have always wanted. I am so excited, I have told everyone about this company.
I love the way the color came in a pretty package, complete with personalized instructions, gloves, and a sticker to put my instructions up on the mirror! I also love the way the product smelled. Yes, it smells like hair color, but it's not over-powering, and it doesn't stink after you wash it away. My hair smelled like shampoo and conditioner, which brings me to my next point: the shampoo smells AMAZING. My only suggestion is that you include a bit more conditioner for us- the girls with long, thick, super curly hair!

My color is perfect! I have spent a fortune on salon haircoloring and it was never quite what I wanted. I colored my hair for the first time tonight and I love it. I love your hair color. It makes the color of my hair look natural. It covers the gray completely and leaves my hair soft with none of the brassiness I get with regular hair colors. I like not having to worry about shopping for my color. It had become an exhausting job since traditional hair colors change everyday and the color names are forever changing. This was my first time coloring my hair. I didn’t have a lot of gray but had a lot of natural high lights which made it seem like I would color my hair. The color they made for me was like the darker parts of my hair and now my hair is all one color. If you like coloring your hair I would recommend their product. No one even noticed that I dyed my hair that’s how natural the color they mixed for me came to the color of my hair. I was worried about damage that I have seen on people that get their hair colored but my hair is nice and soft and the conditioner smells great!

I am sold on esalon! The easiest, professional, user friendly product I have experienced! So well done, personalized instruction. Only one suggestion - I experienced having product getting in my eyes during rinsing in the shower, with plenty of stinging. Perhaps a cotton rope like the salons use for perms to prevent the dripping down the face. All else is wonderful and I am very happy with my results! I will be recommending this to everyone!

I was a little skeptical at first about ordering color online, sight unseen. I hadn't colored in many years choosing to "embrace my gray" but got tired of looking worn out. I am naturally dark brown so that's what I chose to stay with. I have to say that the color was spot on...and really impressed me. I have dyed my hair out of a box from the store since college. I am now 48 and thought I would try something new, but I'm not risky enough to try a salon with the harsh chemicals. This was fabulous! Easy to do, the supplies they gave you make it so simple, and my hair is softer and the color more natural and shiny than anything I've ever used. They even helped to adjust the color so I would not go to darker, or do something I might regret.

I look forward to my colour arriving. Putting it on is so easy. I usually have quit a bit left for the final all over colouring. You get everything you need in the box. Also the results are like hair saloon, but much cheeper. Have told all my friends about this product and keep incuraging them to buy it.

This kit is easy to use and the color looks great. My hair looks better than how it did when I had it colored in a salon and feels wonderful. The kit even comes in a cute box, and I love the tools it comes with. I highly recommend.

I am very pleased with the new color, light brown with neutralizer. It wasn't too dark and so far it isn't fading to a red color. Thank you so very much. I think this one is a keeper.

I’m no stranger to sitting for hours on end in a salon or at home getting color and this is by far the at home hair dye I’ve ever used! I just don’t have time for the salon anymore and box dye makes my hair feel like straw. This dye left my hair silky and soft! The color was spot on! It blended so well with hair color I already had and all my greys... gone! It’s also great you can use a brush or then bottle to apply. The directions were easy to understand and follow. I’m extremely happy with my results!

I can't believe that I got this color from online! It's better than anything I would have chosen off the shelf. I'm thankful and intend on repeating this color next winter. I regularly get comments on how great my hair looks and get surprised responses when I tell them it's not my natural hair color. I'm going a little lighter for the spring and summer then back to this color. I love that I can change my color just a little and it naturally goes with the previous color. I'm so thankful that I found eSalon!

Very easy to do. Followed the directions and my hair came out beautiful! Would definitely recommend. The only complaint was washing it out of my hair. My hair felt heavy and oily until I washed it again. They told me to use baking soda and work it into my scalp. Will try that next time.

When I use store bought color, it feels so damaged after rinsing. eSalon color feels so soft and looks so shiny. The coverage is great too! I am so very pleased and will be using it from now on!

I ordered a little over 6 weeks ago and decided to use it today, was supposed to be for my roots but I did my whole head. I am shocked how beautiful the color is, just like my natural color of my youth! I have been coloring my hair for years with highlights and color in salon and at home. I am done with all that and it only took me 54 years! My scalp does not burn not one little bit and I am extremely sensitive (would always break out in welts) I will continue with this product!
