Love the product itself but the bottle I received in my first order is not operable. I have been unable to "unlock" the pump (opened shampoo pump just fine). I've tried several times with no success so now I just have to unscrew the top and squeeze the conditioner out into my hand. Hope the next bottle works. If it worked like the shampoo bottle, I also wish you didn't have to pump so many times to get enough product in your hand.

This conditioner worked well; but I'm not a fan of these products and their scents... I'm very sensitive to very perfumy scents and many of these products are just too harsh on my hair and way too fragrant.

The product is lovely light and nourishing leaving hair smooth and shiny but unfortunately the pump action on my bottle didn't work so I have a daily rigmarole trying to get the conditioner out.

This conditioner is a nice surprise. I normally need a lot of conditioner because my hair is so fine. I can use half of what I normally use and it combs out great. However, in the winter my hair has a lot of static by the end of the day.

I only recently received this conditioner, so I can only go by the small packets included in the kits. It didn't harm my hair, but it also didn't do anything particularly special. I only bought it because I like to use products within a line. I won't be able to tell until it's I've been using it for a while if it's better than my regular shampoo which is also color-safe.

I had to use alot because it doesn't foam up at all and I needed to get the shampoo on my 14 inches of hair, not just at the roots. I bought it hoping daily use would prevent grey hair from reappearing too soon. Unfortunately, grey hair began to reappear after about 10 days.

I have the hardest time getting the conditioner out of this bottle. It's doesn't want to pour and it isn't squeezable either.
The plastic seems too stiff. The conditioner is nice but please change its packing. Bring back the pump and I'll be a happy camper again.

It keeps my hair tangle free, but it just seems so thick. I can't even squeeze it out using the end of the tube. I have to take the whole top off to get some to squirt/plunck out. Then some ends up on the ground. Then I worry about how something so thick could be good for my hair, maybe weighing it down some.

Love the product! But not the bottle the bottle is so strong it’s difficult to squeeze the product out fortunately I was able to take a pump from another product and use which made it easier to dispense. My suggestion is include a pump device to go on the bottle rather than making us try to squeeze the product out.

It takes very little product to make my hair easy to comb out! My complaint is I cannot get product out of the bottle. I have to leave bottle upside down (not easy in my shower) to be able to get a pea size amount out with the lid off. I think the product is even too thick for a pump. I will use the packet that comes with my color because I love the product!

The bottle I received did NOT have the same type of top as the displayed bottle here, (plunger type). It was just a press down at ONE END to open the lid. Unfortunately after using the product I can report that the contents do LEAK OUT after pressing the lid shut? Causing wastage, the contents leak and run down the outside of the container, causing a messy sticky surface.

I've used the LOVE line for awhile and have now been getting this item in my order. If this has replaced the LOVE line then it seems to have changed and not for the better. My hair isn't nearly as soft and the tangles don't come out as easily. I'm also not a fan of the new packaging (prefer the pump and or thumb push cap).

This goes on easily and is not difficult to rinse off afterwards. Not much of a fragrance though and my hair feels heavy and a bit claggy afterwards.

LOVED the old pump bottles. This conditioner is a nightmare to
get out of the bottle! Also, bottles look so similar I was always looking to make sure I grabbed the correct one. Got tired of
fighting with these bottles I tossed and went back to my old brand.

Conditioner seems the same as before, but I really don't care for the new packaging. It looks cheap to me, and too much like the shampoo.

I love the conditioner inside this bottle, but..... I can't get it OUT of the bottle! The bottle is so stiff it's difficult to squeeze, and the product so thick it won't pour out. I had a fight with it in the shower this morning. I'll attempt to get it all out and into another bottle but the new packaging needs help for sure!

Not the size bottle shown in the picture with the pump. And wasnt at all impressed with this product and it smells horrible. I expected alot more from this product. my hair didnt feel really soft or clean.

I so wanted to like the conditioner and the shampoo, but unfortunately they weren’t compatible with my hair. I have used just a small amount of them and was unable to rinse them out, even after 3 times or washing/rinsing. Not sure if it was just mine a bad batch or whether all of them are the same. So not worth the hype nor spending the money.

Conditioner does what it is supposed to do, but disappointed because thought this was the same as the "Classic Conditioner" packets sent with hair color kits. Disappointed to find out it is not. Will use and finish but not buy again.

Not sure if this conditioner works because as soon as I put it in my hair I washed it out because it stinks kind of like an old pharmacy... dusty smell... ewww... immediately washed my hair again and used my regular conditioner.

Not good as well for my hair. Same thing that happened with the shampoo, my hair breaking off and coming out in globs at the salon. I throw this out when I get my color packet. Wish they would put in the moisture conditioner and shampoo I use

The conditioner did not seem as silky and rich as others I have used. Also, needed to apply more than usual to get the same feeling as other conditioners, like the classic conditioner.

This formula doesn’t seem as condensed
Or as effective as the one you get with your color kit. The color kit one leaves my hair super soft and no frizz. This one didn’t do that at all. It is shiny and smells wonderful but not super impressed.

The Love Unconditionally conditioner was WONDERFUL. Although you say this formula was previously the Love Unconditionally conditioner, I had my doubts as soon as I started using it. It feels different, smells different, and, most importantly of all, it works much less well!!
I found a hidden container of the Love Unconditionally conditioner in my cabinet and used it today. It was absolutely clear that it wasn't the same formula. It was the conditioner that I missed!!! This was confirmed when I compared the ingredients, which are NOT the same between the two versions of the conditioner.
Explain to your customers why: (1) you changed the formula; (2) you persist in deceiving your customers by suggesting that this conditioner was "previously" "Love Unconditionally." It just isn't so!

I thought the conditioner was going to be exactly like the small, one use that comes in my color kit. the large size didn't have any fragrance and it did not coat my hair the way the single use did.

My hair has finally returned to its former softness without the new esalon shampoo and conditioner. It was dry and straw like with whatever was in the repackaged bottles, despite assurances thst the formulations had not changed.

I do not like the conditioner & shampoo. It makes my hair super greasy. When I blow dry my hair it comes out fuzzy. Very frustrating with the shampoo & conditioner.

I have fairly long thick hair, and while this conditioner smells great and held the color well, it left my hair pretty dry, even when followed up with a leave in conditioner. Even when I let it soak in my hair for 10-15 minutes before rinsing I was unsatisfied with the hydration and texture of my hair while using the conditioner.
