I purchased this Shampoo as I currently use the Getting Rich Conditioner which I really like. This shampoo doesn't lather and my hair doesn't feel washed after using. I have to wash my hair with this twice in order for it to feel clean. I would not purchase again. All other products I have purchased have been wonderful!!!

I have an automatic plan for my hair color, which is flexible if I need it sooner or later for any reason. I used to purchase shampoo, moisturizer, and other products I needed when I was getting my color order because it was as needed and attached to the order without additional shipping.
Apparently that changed at some point with no notice to customers. So each time I would try to add a product over the last few months I would have to contact customer service and they would send it to me minus the shipping. But in the chat, I learned that this option is now only available if I put products on auto ship. The problem with that is I do not always need shampoo, etc. every time I get hair color. So there’s no flexibility in the auto ship. I may occasionally buy the products in bulk and pay shipping once. Or I may find other products locally that don’t involve the high shipping costs.

Your marketing/design on the shampoo & conditioner bottles is just ugly & boring plus they match! I cannot tell the moisture shampoo from the moisture conditioner when I’m in the shower.They are the exact same color & so non-distinguishable, I have to write a big ‘S’ and big ‘C’ on the bottles!

This shampoo is not fragrant, but that is the only negative thing I can say. It's smooth, gentle and really does moisturize your hair. Paired with the conditioner it is better than Redkin products.

I used this for the first time and did not like it. I tried it 3 more times and my hair was very dry. Very disapointed. I used the classic color care in pink bottle and it is much better. Will not purchasethis again.

As with the conditioner holder, the Shampoo holder was exactly the same, it did NOT have the plunger on top to get the contents out, you pressed firmly at one end and it opened the lid.
But again, as with the Conditioner, the Shampoo container did exactly the same thing.
The contents leaked out after the lid had been firmly shut closed. It also leaves a sticky mess, running down the container onto whichever surface the container was on, leaving a gooey messy container and surface.

Maybe I didn't use it long enough but though a decent shampoo, I didn't really see any benefits of "moisture color care" to it. My color/moisture seemed to be the same with or without this shampoo.

I so wanted to like the conditioner and the shampoo, but unfortunately they weren’t compatible with my hair. I have used just a small amount of them and was unable to rinse them out, even after 3 times or washing/rinsing. Not sure if it was just mine a bad batch or whether all of them are the same. So not worth the hype nor spending the money.

This product has a coconut product in it and I was allergic and had to go to the emergency room and be on steroids for a week. I had to research the ingredients to find out there was coconut.

My hair texture is curly thus it craves moisture. This wash was anything but... It removes all moisture from my hair and renders it very dry, the opposite of the original shampoo. Would not recommend for reasons outlined.

I don't know if it's because I live in Colorado which is a semi arid climate, but to call this and Moisturizing Conditioner is not quite accurate. My hair has been frizzy and dry, even after leaving on for the longest amount of time suggested. I'm quite disappointed.

Love shampoo but pump needs to have more output. Need to unscrew it to get product out, as it takes too many pumps. Hair is long. Just an fyi 😊

This product doesn't work for me. I feel in purchasing a good product, should not mean that I would have to get yet another and another moisturizing product, especially since I didn't need to use all of this before.

I have to use too much at a time to even get it to lather and get through all my hair, cost too much to have to use so much each time, will not order again

I did not care for this product at all. It does not lather up or do anything for my hair whatsoever. It does not have a pleasant smell either

I got this to see if it would improve may hair. I have to follow up with the color care as this shampoo makes my hair dryer. I don't know why. Does it only work when combined with the companion conditioner?
