This feels and acts like a salon product. Makes the hair very soft and silky. It is a shame the shampoo is so drying otherwise would be a good combo.

The pump stops working with about 1/3 of the product still inside. So I have to store it upside down. Then when I use it I unscrew the top and pound the bottle against my hand to get the rest out.

This conditioner is a good product, I would have given it 5 stars but I am not sure that the name "full strength" is appropriate. Although it is a great conditioner, I am not convinced that it added any strength and I still experienced frizz.

Excellent conditioner, I have curly dry hair that tangles like crazy. This detangles and makes it so much easier to manage. Although I will say that I don't like how it is not made clear that this is a subscription service and that they will charge you for a package for the next month. If you plan on charging someone like that it should be made explicitly obvious

Reall love the shampoo and conditioner, the push down lid can be a pain, it simply does not work sometime and I have to use it straight from the bottle.

I loved the way this product made my hair feel, but I am concerned that I will build up too much keratin on my hair and it will start to become brittle. I need to know how often it is safe to apply this product to ensure the health of my hair. I am in the process of growing it out to a longer style and I need it to have the necessary strength to get from really short to at least medium length.

I love the conditioner but as with the shampoo it ran out way too soon! I had to use a lot of it each time to get it all the way through my hair and I only wash my hair about every three days. I was disappointed to run out so soon!

This conditioner is amazing on its own or I have combined it with a bit of the deeply invested nourishing mask and wow my hair was incredibly soft and healthy looking! Only thing I don't like is the bottle size! I wish it was bigger with a pump that dispensed a bit more on each pump.

Works well. Doesn't smell good like I'd hoped it would. Leaves hair soft and not tangled. The spout/pump needs to be bigger though, takes 4-5 pumps to get enough for long hair.

I have not used the conditioner long enough to really give an impression. However, I do notice that is has a very nice gel-like consistency that easily spreads on my hair. You don't need a lot to get your hair soaked in product. It smells very perfumed, which I like but if you are not a person who likes heavily scented items, I wouldn't recommend this to you. I am a little disappointed that I'm not seeing immediate results with this conditioner but I want to keep giving it a shot.

I am very disappointed in this product. I was expecting a deep moisturizing and detangleing result. I can feel how a moisturizer goes once I put it on, this did not feel right. It was hard to comb out and left my hair stacticie and dry. The classic conditioner is much better. I just wanted something like the classic but stronger, more detangling and moisturizing. When the conditioner is on I want it to feel like slime. I love the color and other products, this is the first one that I'm not crazy about.

I have used this a few times now and it doesn't seem to work into my hair well where I have to apply a lot just to be able to comb it through. Even after leaving it on for 5+ minutes, my hair feels tangled. There haven't been any noticeable results yet but I'll finish the bottle off and see if this changes.

I can find less expensive conditioner at Walmart that is at least if not more nourishing than this proved to be. I used it about 3 times and then threw the rest away and went back to what I had used before.

I can not even use this conditioner as a stand alone conditioner. I have to use my normal conditioner plus this one or the snarles are unbelievable and my hair was soooo dry. I love the color esalon puts out but the conditioners, shampoos, and hair masks and hydrators need help.

I never thought I'd say this about any esalon product, but I agree with some of the other reviews, this feels like a cheap conditioner. I've had to use loads of it and even then my hair feels like straw and needs to be saved by loads of leave in product. I have been promoting esalon to anyone & everyone since 2016, but these new conditioners are not worth the money, bring back the original formulas please.

Color has been adjusted twice and it still doesn't cover the gray roots. The products I used from Sallys always worked. What is wrong with this hair color? It's very frustrating because now I have to go to work again with half colored roots. They are not brown -- they are light gold and look terrible. I guess if this can't be fixed I'll save my money and go back to what works. I ordered a bunch of other stuff too -- hair mask, color tint, color camo, dry shampoo -- I just hope those items work as advertised. The color is great where it actually shows up -- but the roots are terrible.

This mat be great for many hair types, but I did not care for it at all. If there had been a trial size or sample first, i'd never have bought this. It was expensive and I did not like the feel of it or how my hair felt or looked after using it. It might be amazing for someone, but not for me.

For some reason, this does not work well with my hair. I love the classic conditioner, so I figured this would be good for winter dryness. It almost seemed more like a shampoo because my hair felt rough just after rinsing--almost like it does right after you rinse out hair color.

I read the reviews and really thought this would be good match for my hair. All it seemed to do is suck all the moisture out of my hair. I could tell before I even rinsed it out. I tried it again and had the same result. I won't be using this again.

This conditioner was very disappointing. I have very thick curly hair and need a conditioner with substance. Even using a 50 Cent piece size dollop it was difficult to disperse through my hair and it was not moisturizing enough. I had to use twice as much leave in conditioner to compensate. I typically use Cat Walk or Ouidad products and Dove for curly hair when in a pinch. All of those are better than the repair conditioner.

I didn't find it gave me the results that my hair color order shampoo and conditioner did....I maybe am ordering the wrong product that they send you to use after you color your hair? It didn't smell the same either...im not sure ill order again.I still love my hair coloring product though!

I wish you had never changed this product. The new formula now leaves my hair feeling like straw. Unfortunately I have several bottles to get through, I am seriously debating about throwing them away but that’s a lot of money. I loved the original product that I used for 2 years. To find something that keeps my hair as healthy as the original formula was so difficult. Very disappointed.

What happened to my regular conditioner. This left my hair dry and brittle . Second time I used it I used more than normal to get the soft feeling that I used to get. But it made my hair dull and lifeless. I won't be ordering this product again.

Only used it once so far but it left my hair smelling like an 80s locker room. Very perfumey smell. Hair is good...nothing to write home about but it does the job. Hoping for awesome results after a few more uses. :)

This was the first time I bought products in the new packaging. When I opened the box the shampoo and conditioner had leaked all over everything which is strange because they were in a bag and the bottles were not punctured. Are you using these new bottles to save cost? It’s not worth it to have to deal with this mess.

I had to use more than my regular conditioner to untangle my hair. But I have only used it once so far so will see if my hair is in better condition after a month of use.

Used along with the repair shampoo. Found my hair needed quite a lot, before I could comb it through, and felt my hair wasn't as conditioned as I would like. I had to wash my hair every other day, as it went flat and greasy, not sure if it was the conditioner, I liked the shampoo, not sure about the conditioner.

I used this conditioner twice. It doesn’t add moisture hardly at all. I have to use a lot of leave-in conditioner after using this product to make my hair feel normal. Wouldn’t recommend.

I have bought this conditioner previously but when I used this new bottle, something changed. It doesn't detangle my hair like it did before and my hair isn't as soft. Not sure if there was a formula change with the packaging change but I am disappointed because I thought I had finally found a product that was great...and then something changed.

Like most of the add-on products this bottle is too small. My hair is long & I went thru this bottle in less than 2 weeks, and I don’t even wash my hair everyday.

The previous version of this product was excellent, however the new bottle is not user friendly, I miss the pump. The fragrance of the new product is offputting and this has no moisture in it, after using it for a few days I had dry staticky hair that I could not control. It is difficult to style and holds no body or shape since the switch. I will be searching for a new conditioner as well, Very disappointed.

I really like salon products, but this conditioner was a bust... there was no silky softness and my tangles were worse. The thickening conditioner was amazing.

I'm sorry I'm not happy with this also these conditioner and shampoos are just not for me I need more conditioner to stop the frizz and make it soft and silky and this just didn't do it for me sorry like I say everybody's hair is different so it may work for somebody else just not for me

Abit better then shampoo but have to use a lot about 20 pumps and I only have shoulder length hair. Bottle is not very big so could work out quite expensive

Did nothing to fix the mess the matching shampoo made of my hair. I have a chin length bob and it was still tangled after conditioning with big knots at my roots and dried very frizzy. Straight in the trash.

Nothing special about this product, it doesn't make your hair feel any better, or shiny. I have never been a fan of any products offered by ESalon, except the color. I have tried many over the years.

This conditioner reminded me of the conditioner you receive in any box color that you buy at the retail or drugstores. I couldn't say that it repaired my hair.... I have terrible frizzies. It is thick, and a little goes a long way. . I didn't really get a smell that was pleasing or unpleasant.
Again I have an unopened bottle that won't be used. I can't say that it may not repair someones' hair but not mine. Thank you for reading and I'm sorry I could not give it more than 2 stars as that is my honest opinion of this product.

The conditioner is ok. I wish it would last longer but by the end of the day, fly away hair! I dont know if the conditioner is compromised because of the hard water and high calcium though the water is filtered throughout the house.
