I use this probably once or twice a week. I love how it makes my hair feel. Although, it does tend to make my hair a bit flat so just have to remember to put a little mousse or lifter in prior to blow drying.

This left my hair soft and shiny . It smells like a summer day and a little goes along way not like normal shampoo so it might take awhile to get used too but well worth it. For such a well loved brand and product I wish the packaging was better, my only complaint 😃

For years I've had issues with shampoo – mainly that it makes my hair fall out and my colour blanche prematurely. It just wreaks havoc on my tresses, and I've tried it all; from the most gentle of formulae meant for wee babes, to tiny bottles of exclusive brands that practically had me mortgaging my house to wash my hair. None of it worked. The only things that have EVER worked have been CoWashes, but they're getting harder and harder to find...unless I don't mind circling back to that whole, "mortgaging my house" thing. Before I discovered this Cream CoWash, I was literally paying over $30 for teeny-weeny cans from a store that shall remain nameless, and they only lasted me about 2 - 3 weeks. On top of that, the scents from the overpriced stuff was overwhelming, but not eSalon! I work in the front of house of an exceptionally high-end restaurant, so having a ton of conflicting scents is VERY negative for the customer experience. This Cream CoWash has a light, lovely aroma, gets me in and out of the shower quickly, with beautiful, shiny, clean, soft hair, and COMPLETELY undamaged. And I have very thin, straight hair, but I still have loads of volume. It's honestly nothing short of miraculous, especially for the tiny price, fast shipping, and – I know this might not matter to some people, but *I* loved it – the GORGEOUS presentation! When you receive your order, you get these beautifully presented, soft, translucent plastic bags sealed with little stickers, all tucked sweetly inside a nicely printed box. Maybe it's because I work in an environment where "you eat with your eyes first," is a mantra, it was love at first sight. It was like getting little gift bags of presents for my hair! And gifts they've been. I also got the Tint Rinse to preserve my aubergine auburn, and it has all been so perfect. My only regret has been that I only bought one bottle of the CoWash...a regret I'm about to rectify RIGHT NOW!

I only gave it 4 out of 5 because the plastic bottle is so hard I can’t squeeze the product out of it. My hair looks great- color lasts longer and my frizz is reduced.

Really great all in one shampoo and conditioner. Only thing wrong is the packaging. It's so hard to squeeze the bottle and get the shampoo out. With the pumps you never got too much. Please go back to the pump dispensers.

I’ve used this product about a year, and it has totally changed the texture. When I get my hair cut my hairdresser always comments that I have the kind of hair people would kill for. It wasn’t that way before I used this product. It took a while for the overall texture to change but it’s like I have a new head of hair.
My only complaint is the rebranding if the products. The new names, etc, took all of the fun out of brand. “Duo it all” is inspiring. “Cream co-wash” sounds like a chore. I used to be excited when the eSalon box arrived because of the sense of whimsy. Now I just open the mailbox and think, “my chores have arrived.”

I would normally never think of using a 2 in 1 product. My hair is fairly long and thick and straight as a board. Most 2 in 1's leave it feeling unwashed, dried out, and a tangled up mess. But this co wash product does none of the above. It is very thick so not easy to get out of the bottle, and it does not lather. But my hair felt so soft and clean with our feeling weighed down. The scent is just ok. But the products hits an 8 out of 10 for me!!!

The plus - this is the first shampoo + conditioning product that actually replaces my conditioner. My hair is just as soft and manageable afterward as if I had used a separate conditioner.
The minus - both bottles I've ordered have sprung big leaks through the caps during shipping.

This is really good for quickly cleaning hair and it does leave it nice and soft and manageable. The one star off is because I really dislike the smell, reminds me of a floral aromatherapy oil that got opened once and then never used again. Unfortunately, it is probably a functional part of the product, not just a scent.

Works well with low flow shower heads as the low sudsing formula and 2 in 1 product reduces the need for lots of water for rinsing. Hair is clean but not as clean as shampoo and conditioner. I have to wash my hair more frequently if I just used this product. It would be good for summers and pool use when hair washing is done more frequently.

I liked the product overall. It cleaned my hair well. On the ends I added some Aragon oil and used the perfect sto hair styling lotion. My only complaint is the scent. It smells really medicinal. It would have gotten a 5 otherwise. Also I'm a person who has red hair and only needs to wash my hair every 5-7 days.

First, you have to get used to the low-foaming properties, after a lifetime of expecting lots of suds, I liked the way it didn't strip my hair of beneficial oils. Great product.

The first day I used this cleansing cream, I was really pleased at how manageable and smooth it made my hair. I used it again the second day, but began to feel that my scalp did not feel like it got clean. I will use it from time to time between shampoos as a moisturizing shampoo/conditioner, but not everyday. For someone who has dry hair it might be fine. If you tend to have oily hair, you won't feel like it cleans your scalp well enough.

A little hard to get used to the concept of cleaning and conditioning with the same product. My hair is so much healthier since I have added this to my regimen. I use it twice a week. I have very long hair and one bottle lasts 6-7 weeks.

This leaves my hair feeling light and smooth. When I blow it out after using this it is very soft and not its normal frizz ball. Unfortunately, I can never seem to get it worked into my crown and the back of my head well enough so those areas tend to look dirty and greasy.

I ordered this originally to give it try, but I wasn’t happy at all. I didn’t noticed any changes in my hair. It actually felt drier. Then I forgot to remove it on my next order so I end up with a 2nd bottle that I didn’t want in the first place. My second issue with this is the bottle, I have osteoarthritis in my hands. This is the most difficult bottle to squeeze when you have a problem with your hands. I’m happy with my color and shine silk…not this shampoo/conditioner.

Ce produit est censé être un 2 en 1 mais en fait il ne lave pas du tout... Pour moi c'est un après-shampoing mais pas un shampoing. Il ne fait aucune mousse et ne se réparti absolument pas dans les cheveux.
Je suis très déçue par ce produit et je ne le reprendrai pas.

It is a good cleanser, but most Cowashes I've tried don't leave my hair squeaky clean, which to me is an indicator that my hair is stripped of moisture. I will use it, but also use a conditioner after, which sort of defeats the purpose!!

I’ve all of the other shampoo and conditioners but I didn’t like this one at all. No larger and my hair felt limp after it dried. Won’t be repurchasing this.

This seems like a nice product, but it didn’t work for me. I have very thick, long, dry hair so I normally wash it twice a week. I thought this might be good in Winter when dry air makes my hair worse, but while the length of my hair felt good, the roots & scalp felt (&looked) dirty. I followed directions & tried it twice (2 weeks apart). For someone who washes their hair more frequently, it might work well.

I tried this three times, every time my hair was very frizzy. (I have curly hair.) I checked the ingredients and the next ingredient behind water is alcohol. Very disappointed in eSalon marketing and selling this product..

This does a good job as far as a cowash goes. I guess I am just not crazy about the cowash idea. I don't feel like my hair or scalp are as clean as I like.

This doesn’t do anything in my hair especially e- salon’s colour set had made my hair brittle and very dry therefore this has no effect on my hair whatsoever. Very disappointed. It also doesn’t smell of anything.

Didn’t get on with this at all. My hair didn’t feel clean, and it had the tendency to form heavy clumps and look greasy. I have quite thick, wavy hair. I’m afraid this won’t be staying…

I was really looking forward to trying this, but I was really disappointed. I found this shampoo really difficult to get a lather with. I dont have really long hair, but it still took about one third of the bottle to get a lather going. Sorry about the negativity with this one, but the other e-salon shampoos are much better.

3B/3C curly dry scalp, dry hair gal here. This is ok. I've co-washed for years. Tried this to see if it would beat out the cheap (and I mean cheap) condish I used for years to co-wash. I found it really didn't. It didn't seem any worse but I was hoping it would add more shine and softness than the cheap stuff which it didn't. No hard feelings - just won't reorder.

I have tried this CoWash many times since purchasing and really wanted to like it but every time it left my short hair feeling weighted down and greasy, definitely not clean. My hair tends to frizz without conditioner so thought this would be the perfect solution but it wasn't. No sudsing at all and felt like washing with conditioner only. Sorry but this product was not for me and will stick with a shampoo and conditioner combo.

I washed my hair with this for the first time today. It does not suit my hair. It didn’t lather up or feel like it was cleaning my hair at all. In fact it just felt like a conditioner. I had to switch and wash my hair with my regular shampoo. It’s a real shame because I have liked the quality and performance of the other hair products I have tried alongside my hair colour.

Barely cleansed my hair at all. I washed my hair with regular shampoo and conditioner after using this product. There is no way I could go a couple days without washing my hair if this product is all I used.

My daughter absolutely loves this product as she has course curly hair. She said it was the best co-wash she has used. It definitely isn't a product for straight hair though.

I've never had luck with 2-in-1 bottles, so maybe that's why this didn't work for me. It was too lightweight..I prefer a heavy conditioner to protect my hair from getting split ends (from heat)
