As far as a leave in conditioner goes,this product is OK. Application is easy, product is of good texture and the product quantity is sufficient. It could use a bit of a boost as far as detangling goes.It however leaves hair soft and manageable once dry.It also is nice considering there is no residue or notability of product use like some leave in conditioner's can leave. That in itself is 5 star,I rated it a 3 however because it could use a boost in the detangling property.Overall it is a good product, a little pricier than most,but worth it if you want manageability without build up.

I really wanted to like this product (same goes for everything I've tried so far except the actual dye), but my hair just does not reposed well. In the moments of having any of Esalon products in my hair, it feels really smooth and smells amazing! Once I rinse it out and then try to brush my hair, and even with this leave in conditioner, my hair tangles so easy that my hair brush gets stuck in all the knots. I end up having my kids help me brush my hair. So far I've only found 1 product that my hair likes ( same goes for my 4 kids). I have to buy the horse shampoo/conditioner mane and tail. It does say it's for textured hair. I'm not sure if that makes much difference, but it seems to work the best for my hair. So maybe if Esalon could come up with products specialized for textured, curly hair that also frizzes, and still keep the same beautiful frangrances, I'd be happy to give another try.

Wonderful product - feels great - my only complaint would be in the packaging - I have the light orange tube with white print in about Font #1! I can't read any of it and neither could my husband nor neighbor teenagers! Why would anyone use tiny white print on light orange? I see here that it's purple print in the photo so maybe I'm not the only one who couldn't read it. Same thing with the recent Color Pro Booster - can't read it either. Had to go online and read the instructions there (I forgot to put that in my review).

Love that it works for tangles and light weight conditioning. Smell is pleasant. My girls love it too! BUT...Wish it was a little thicker. When I open the tube it runs out almost like water. I've tired shaking it up but it's still watery. Other than that another great product from eSalon!!

I’ve been using eSalon color and hair care products for about 15 months, but just ordered this for the first time. My hair is fragile and fine and thin (the trifecta nobody ever wants) so I’m always on the lookout for great conditioning and treatment products. I can’t even describe how impossibly shiny and silky my hair is after I use this stuff. And the scent!
I can’t recommend this product enough. Buy. It. Now. You’ll be so happy you did.

I am gutted that this seems to be always out of stock. I had it as part of my plan, but it stopped arriving 10 months ago and I've not been able to get my hands on it. My hair is fine and prone to breakages, but this leave-in conditioner minimised that and helped strengthen my hair. Why can't you get it or find a replacement. In the meantime, maybe you should stop listing it and getting my hopes up!

This has a plesant smell. You will need to start with a minimal amount so it doesn't weigh down your hair. Overall a good leave in conditioner.

It was ok, but I have long curly/wavy hair it’s a bit dry, I use a leave. In between washes, it just worked ok but it didn’t last very long! It may work better for someone with straighter hair, less south florida frizz to deal with!

And you can leave it in. Smells good. I don't know that it's any better than any other leave-in conditioner on the market, but I also don't know that it's any worse. I'll probably continue buying it, but I'll likely be trying other brands to compare.

This acted as a good smoothing conditioner. My hair is naturally curly and prone to being frizzy and dry. However, the moisturising effect did not seem to last until the next wash and had to re-apply - but that is probably because of my hair being quite difficullt to control - it needs smoothing, moisture but something not too heavy to make it look lank and lacking volume.

I do like the leave in conditioner. Its thin but works well with my curls. I have a lot of hair and wish the size was larger.

Why change a great packaging? that was one thing I loved about eSalon. This product is great if you are in a hurry and can't spend too much time in the shower, or for those that have a water shortage! Its a product that works as styling and conditioner. Bring the old packaging back!

I would give it a 5 star if not for the strong scent, could have been less intense. But it is a pleasant scent. Hair texture remains supple through next shampoo.

I really like the Universal Leave in product. I’m really bad at using conditioner in the shower. This product takes tangles out and my hair is more manageable

I love applying this product to my hair right after conditioning while its wet. i just wish it was a bit more thicker. its a tad thin for my liking.

I put this in my hair and I don't even feel it in my hair which I love. Some leave in's can make your hairy feel greasy. This does not.

A lot of leave in conditioner is can tend to leave your hair Feeling way down and oily this conditioner doesn’t do that it’s just enough to make comb through is easy and not weigh the hair down

Bliss for the hair...
However i think this should be in greater amount with colour for at least 4 washes after colouring. Ive a lot of long hair... wasnt enough for me.

All the products seem to me to be the same except they are in different packaging. One negative might be less product for same amount of money!
