I absolutely love eSalon, but this recommended product did not work well in my hair. I cannot tell a difference with it in my hair and it did not detangle my hair very well.

Let me first say I do love 95% of esalon products. However, this product left the ends of my hair looking and feeling dry. It didn't feel or look like I had added any products to my hair. My ends are very dry, so I need more of an oil-based product for deep conditioning and shine. This product is probably good for most hair types, but if your is on the drier side, you may need something heavier. In the end, it wasn't a got for my hair type. I didn't realize their hundred percent satisfaction guarantee, or I would have returned it and tried a different product. Oh well, next time, I will pay closer attention to their policies and procedures for product returns. My thoughts take them for what they are.

This used to be a good product but now they have watered it down to an absolute horrible product. I contacted customer service and told them I would return the product for a credit and they told me to not return the product and they would just credit me the product. Result they never credited my account and just did nothing. I am trying now to cancel my subscription altogether, as I can't do business with shady people, but they give you no place to do that so now I have to contact the company again just to stop receiving products. This company really does not care about their customers and they do not honor their products & have poor customer service.

I was very excited to try this and when I got it and tried it for the first time on towel dried hair, I was surprisingly underwhelmed with the product. It just didn't feel like anything different to a normal drugstore conditioner that you rinse out.
I've used it again a couple times after that but still felt like I've not done anything different to my hair.
I won't be repurchasing.

I always use a leave in conditioner as my fine, long hair gets tangled very easily, making styling hard. I found this product didn’t help me with that. It seemed to dry my hair out, and I had a hard time getting a comb through my damp hair to style. I’m going to stick with a BB conditioner instead which seems to be what my hair likes and needs.

I wouldn’t order again. The product is too runny for the packaging it comes in - there’s no way to squeeze out only a little bit without making a huge mess. It smells nice and seems to work well, but having to wipe up spilled product every time isn’t worth it.

Waste of money as I dare not use any other products of yours after the state the colour left my hair in. Usually I love colouring my hair and the feel of the newly coloured hair but this time the result was so bad I washed it immediately after seeing the awful colour and the straw like feel of my hair. I found the texture that this left on my hair was simply awful, in fact I’m afraid it went in the bin, my hair is very dry and even with a good brushing this was difficult to manage.

I am not a fan of this one, partly for the runny consistency that is exaggerated by the tube style packaging. When I open the top I get a flow of conditioner, a bottle would be a better vessel for this product. On to the product, it feels and smells like $1 store cheap conditioner. I will not order this again.

This does absolutely nothing for my hair. It feels like it's just water. No smoothing, no detangling, no moisturizing. I have tried it five times, using more each time, and can feel no benefit at all. The only effect was to take the wave out of my hair when I used a lot of it. Terrible product.

I really wanted this to work as I am looking for a go-to detangler and leave-in. Unfortunately, this did nothing to help with tangles, I have to continue with the products I already use (argan oil-based). I have long, but fine hair, so a detangler is a must. This one actually made the tangles worse as it kinda left a squeaky clean feel to the hair rather than a conditioned and smooth texture.

Feels nice to run through hair, but makes mine go wild rather than controlled.
I leave mine to air dry and it gives so much volume have to try and fasten down with hair band.
Usually flat, but have to damp it down if not washing it.

Received product in May, and all was well. After about three months, I noticed a change in the product. After applying, I noticed white chunks in my hair which had the consistency of paste! I now have to use a fine tooth comb, (which isn’t really compatible with naturally curly hair), to smooth the chunks out! I’m very disappointed, as I expected and hoped the eSalon products would be high quality..

I really wanted to use all the eSalon products thinking they would be the best thing to take care of the amazing color kits. I’ve used this with my hair, long and shoulder length, and it doesn’t work like I want a leave-in to work. It doesn’t break up snarls, it’s almost like it causes snarls. It doesn’t make my hair manageable or healthy looking. Adding a pea sized drop of product does nothing, but a Lima bean size of product leaves waaay too much residue on the hair, and I have fine hair that doesn’t usually take much leave-in product of other brands.
I bought this some time back and am just getting a chance for a review. It is over half full sitting in my cabinet. I feel bad throwing it away bc it was expensive, but I can’t imagine really ever using this unless it was a time I could slather on a lot to deep condition (not sure if even that would garner results) and then shampoo out.

I hated this stuff. I tried it several times with varying amounts before I threw it away. Left my hair feeling like straw. Had to wash it a lot sooner with this in.
