I didn't really see any changes, except that leaves my hair with more volume and somewhat frizzy, it was ok but for me just worked like any other conditioner.

Product worked well...almost too well. When directions followed exactly, it truly felt like there was an additional layer added to my hair. I have very fine hair, but wouldn't say that my hair was weighted down to an unacceptable degree however, there was a strange texture to my hair after using.
I only used the "weekly retreat" once every 2-3 weeks as not only did I feel like the product continued to work for several days after using it, but it was obnoxious to apply and rinse out. Obviously the moisture mask is thicker in nature, thereby altering how a user would normally lather their hair, but this would also mean that several rinses were needed to feel like it was somewhat removed. Besides my shower taking three times as long, and the unsettling sensation of having product left in my hair at the end of a shower, the product itself does what it is advertised to do. I would have loved to give the product more stars, but it is difficult for me to personally want to use it again.

Well, I definitely didn't have any shine. And it just made my hair too soft and too fine, too limp.

This was recommended to me for my hair that feels drier after I color it and I am so disappointed. First of all, it's a terrible value for your money. The bottle is really small. I only paid the discounted price because it was the first time I've added it to my plan and I was pretty shocked at how small the bottle is. I'm not going to name names here but a quick search will show MANY more conditioning treatments that are priced the same, or below this one with MUCH higher amounts of product in them. Second, it didn't work at all. Because the bottle was so small and I have long hair, I ended up using almost half the bottle with the first use. I let it sit for twenty minutes and when I went to rinse it out I ended up having to then use my own normal conditioner because my hair didn't feel moisturized AT ALL. Upon blow-drying it was clear it hadn't done a thing but wasted my money so no, I do not recommend this to anyone and I strongly urge esalon to re-evaluate this "conditioning treatment."

Plenty of moisture to the point of no volume. I definitely did not see that big of a difference in the shine of my hair. I'm glad I tried it but will not be using it that frequently.

I love this mask, but it is so disappointing that it is never in stock anymore! The mask is absolutely a 5-star for me...if I could get it again!

This is a good product. It does what it says, and did what I needed it to. The only reason I can't give it a 5 star rating is the major difficulty rinsing it out. That waxy sticky feeling that seems impossible to rinse out is definitely present. I actually experience this with the hair color itself, and across most products from e-salon. A little baking soda will rinse it, but it sure is a task to run for the baking soda every time I use a product.

Terrible don't do it. Left a weird coat on my tub and had to clean it off took forever. and didn't do anything to my hair. Save your money.

I really wanted to like this product. Unfortunately, no matter how much or little I adjusted the application, my thick mane did not take to it . . . result was greasy feeling, even after shampooing (1-2 times) afterward.
I am unable to continue using Moisture Mask. Should I return for a refund or credit?

My hair did feel silky when wet, but it really didn't condition any better than my regular conditioners.
In fairness, I didn't leave it on for a long period of time. Only about 5 minutes.

I was hoping to be able to switch to this product instead of using my bio silk every day. However, I was extremely disappointed in this product. It does not do what it advertises to do.

when using this product, hair becomes very soft. Soft equates to "flat" for many of us. I would not use again.

Very nice, clean smell. I used it as a regular conditioner after shampooing, leaving it in for 15 minutes @ a time. My hair was softer and more manageable. I would've given it 4 stars but I find this product overpriced .

I’ve tried a few times, with varying amounts of product, and have found that although it does leave my hair softer... it also leaves it looking greasy.
