20 volume developer/ irritated my scalp!Today I used 10. Vol. developer with a new formula mixed just for me, it’s FANTASTIC COLOR RESULTS! They know what and how to mix your color. I’ve been a hairdresser for 30 years, and they could update my skills in coloring and technique. Love the way my hair feels so soft/ healthy/ covered all the greys with 10 vol. H202. AMAZING GRACE!
