Lovely colour and beautifully packaged..I've taken one star off because I was hoping for an Ash brown but unfortunately got a chestnut brown. It's a pretty colour but not what I was after. Perhaps my hair throughs out reds when it's dyed. So I'm back to the drawing board to find my perfect Ash brown! Custom Hair ColorI went to use my hair color and the color was tinged w/white and had a cloudy appearance. I checked to see if the bottle was damaged but it was unopened and intact. It was unusable. I needed to cover my gray that day because I had a special event to attend. I was forced to go out and purchase a boxed color. Love the colourFound the colour I love 💕. The mix is great thick and easy to apply. However, this time it did not cover all my greys at the front , will need to leave in a little longer. Color niceThe colors are nice. Doesn’t leave your head itchy or hair feeling like straw. I deducted 1 star for the crappy instructions and the lack of actual communication. The instructions and communication seemed like the customer service person just simply read and posted from a preset menu.
