Love the ColorThe color is great and it's easy to apply. But you need to include THREE pairs of gloves. I use one pair for the first application that I have to wait 15 minutes for. Then I use the 2nd pair for the 2nd application that I have to wait 10 minutes for. Then I'm out of gloves and have no more to use when I go in to the shower to apply the leftover color to my hair. It's ridiculous to think that somebody is going to sit around for 15 minutes and do nothing but wait with gloves on so they can proceed. New formula wateryNot sure what was changed, but when the packaging changed, appears the formulation changed too. It is too watery now and drips down my head. Love the product, but...I love the product and have been very satisfied with the color. However, recently I’ve been receiving shipments that are always missing something. Although they’re small items, it’s still so disappointing to open the box up and not have everything I need. Color is close to what I wanted, but coverage wasn't as well.Giving the color 4 stars. I'm finally getting close to the color I wanted, but the color they send for the ends of your hair doesn't seem to cover as well. I just want my hair to be the same vibrant color all over. Disappointed Color isn't lasting longer than I thoughtHello, Just wanted to know why my color only last two weeks and not a full 30 day's? Am I expecting to much, please don't miss understand I love my hair color and I get many compliments on the color, but wish color would last longer.
