Great product, non existent customer careEverything is great until there is any issue you would need customer care team for. My order went missing and I already tried to contact them since last week and not even one reply. Poor resultsAfter completing the custom colour questionnaire, I didn't receive my custom colour hair pack; I got a set colour pack instead. Quite disappointed with the end results. Even though I followed the instructions, the colour didn't set as hoped. The roots ended up too red, the greys weren't covered, and the colour overall was not uniform.
