Box said Medium Ash Blond, but hair is now Light to Medium AuburnMy hair had a nice shine and healthy texture when I started. The color was just as I wanted it, and I uploaded three photos to the website before my first order. The box arrived and stated it was a Medium Ash Blond. I applied the color exactly per the directions. My hair is now Light to Medium Auburn with very orangey roots. I am wondering if they hire colorblind "colorists" because in no universe would this be considered even close to what I requested. Additionally, the texture of my hair after using this product was extremely dry and somewhat brittle. I have never had issues with this when having my hair done at the salon, or even when I used grocery store box products long ago. Ruined textureI'm not happy with the texture of my hair after using the product. The color was fine, but the texture felt like the cuticle is still open. I've never had this rough texture before.
