My hair turned orange!!!I ordered from esalon before without any issues. This last time I ordered 2 bottles of color & used one bottle then the second bottle a few months later and my hair literally turned orange all around my hairline!! Worst customer service bewareThis was the worst experience I’ve ever had with on line purchase. Buyer beware it took over 8 weeks to get a credit from this company and had to call 4 times to get back part of my money. UnhappyThe color is nothing like my natural hair color or like the picture I sent. It’s about 3-4 shades darker. Also, the few gray hairs I do have were not covered by the dye and with my hair now being almost black they show up even more! Easy to use but didn't cover greysEasy to use and a lovely color. Disappointed with the results overall. I have dark hair with a few greys which sadly weren't covered by the color. Tried two goes with the root cover sets but still no good.
