DecepciónParto de un 8.34 aproximadamente y aunque mostré fotografías para modificar ligeramente mi color a un tono más cobrizo que rubio, el resultado ha sido una base muy oscura con un rubio medio como principal y después cobrizo. Calculo que es un 7.43. Cubre mis canas pero es demasiado oscuro, no es el tono que imaginé cuando hice el pedido. La caja me incluyó producto para medios y puntas de forma gratuita. Didn't work outI really wanted to like this since it is cheaper than Madison Reed. My color was supposed to be darkest ash brown ,it came out golden brown, no ash! Disappointed!!I started out with grow out from a high light, I asked for a dark blonde or light ash brown.. ended up with a head ful of copper !! They sent me another color again I expected a light ash brown? I got a dark chocolate brown!!I I was really upset and frustrated! So I explained again that this it WAY TO DARK !! So again I said I wanted a light ash brown !! They then told me that I couldn't go light on top of th DARK THAT THEY TURNED IT !! There solution was GO TO A SHOP and have it professionally done! Color did not turn outThe hair color I choose was a dark dark brown with a purple sheen to it. My hair turned out a weird lighter red brown on the top and dark brown on the bottom. NOT WHAT I EXPECTEDI was so looking forward to using this product but I was so disappointed. I really hate to give this bad review but I followed the directions and I did have gray roots which they did not cover all the way. Actually it looks like I did not color my hair my daughter said. I was SOOOO disappointedThis sadly did not cover my stubborn gray roots. I specified this in the notes of my order. The coverage is no better than the over the counter.
