Bad hair dyeThis was a total fail, I asked to lower the copper and I have copper hair on my roots since it was retouch. Blond highlights and golden brown hair. Did the formula change?I've been using eSalon for a few years now and only recently started having a problem with the color not lasting more than a week in my hair! Last product was not goodI have been disappointed by the last shipment. The color faded off within 8 days revealing my grey hair. No Color DifferenceI ordered an intense pearl shade for my brown hair. It’s currently caramel colored from 30V creme lightening in my previous dyes. I wanted a nice deep purple shade and that’s what it looked like in the visual example. The dye itself looked purple, however, it provided no purple shades whatsoever to my hair. Sub-par grey coverageI used my latest product on Sunday July 3rd, I followed the instructions and today July 5, I see grey.
