No changeI was so excited to get my color and try it out, but after I went through the whole process, there was literally no change at all on my hair. The roots were still grayish and the overall color didn’t change at all. It’s frustrating because I don’t want to over process my hair, so I’ll have to wait 8 more weeks before I try to fix it. Ruined my hairSo unhappy, ordered a light brown mahogany copper colour, my hair was a bright copper beforehand. Turned it a dark red/brown, mucky looking. Devastated as it took so long to get my hair to that shade and now it's ruined and will cost me more money to fix. Would give zero stars if I could. Even the hair colour in the bottle was dark purple, I rechecked the colour over and over and all said "light brown mahogany/copper. * AVOID AVOID AVOID * Edit to reply: No I haven't been helped or contacted by anyone. Wrong colorI have used E Salon for 5 yrs and never had any problems. The last 6 mos, I have been sent the wrong color formula. I have informed E Salon every time and they keep sending me the wrong color formula.
