Shame formula has changedVery disappointed, after using this products.for a couple of years now, i have had 3 subsequent disasters. Contacting the team is terrible and team member very unhelpful and to make matters worse over charged me by £45 and insisted I required to send the my bank statements to prove the money had been taken and not returned .... money back guarantee.... total sham.... be careful folks 2 von 2 Personen fanden diese Rezension hilfreich. Hair turned pinkish at the rootsMy hair at the roots actually turned a dark pink/mauve. Is there another recommendation for a custom color. Not the right colorStylist has not adjusted color per request for two orders. 20% red DOES NOT mean 1/20th red by volume. 5% red is not right. Not the colour in mindI was very excited to try esalon’s custom colour however it just didn’t deliver what it promised. Asked for a dark copper colour and have been given a flat, dull and dry maroon red colour. The process has left my hair in a state to which I’m not sure what to do with it. If you feel you have been losing significantly more than this, you may have had an allergic reaction.
