DisappointedNice try but I’m just not getting the rich red I want. Your mix is more brown with reddish tones. Plus, the mix smelled too strongly of ammonia and left my hair a little dry. It was not the color that I requestedThe instruction was not for the people who do not know how to color their hair. The color was not the one that I expected. The top of my hair was like carrot and the rest of my hair did not get any color during the time that was in instruction. It was %100 Guarantee but I do not know how because even more color can not be a good way for me because I do not like the color that made for me. Quedo muy oscuroLo había pedido un tono más claro que le primero, y me han quedado las raíces mucho más oscuras (castaño oscuro) tal y como es mi pelo, solo me ha cubierto las canas. If you feel you have been losing significantly more than this, you may have had an allergic reaction.
