Color DifferenceFor some reason the result I achieved from the second order was different from the first order although I had not requested any changes to the formula. I loved the first order color but did not like the second order. The second order did not even cover the gray as well as the first order. I don't know what happened - maybe my hair is going through some hormonal issue. But, I want to say again that I loved the lush dark brown result I received from the first order. Color didn't grab...I followed all instructions carefully. The color was applied evenly and thoroughly. However, my white hairs really didn't pick up the color like I would have expected. Didn't cover my graysI loved the packaging and all the supplies it came with so I had high hopes. I have grays that are silver and shiny so hard to cover. Two different colours on my hairI bought esalon as I was very impressed with the amount of research they done but when I'd finished colouring my hair and blow dried it my roots were 5 shades lighter than the rest of my hair , my hair looks stupid , I have to tie it up in a bun so no one sees the colour of my roots , major disappointment 0 von 0 Personen fanden diese Rezension hilfreich. Horribly disappointedThey basically sent me a much less flattering version of the shade I already have. I said I wanted to go lighter, to my younger shade of blonde or even a light auburn. Instead, I got a dull, plain, ugly blonde that stripped the natural highlights and shine I at least had before starting. The formula has oviously changedI have used and loved this product for the last 7 months. Suddenly though it has changed, my last couple of shipments the product is definitely not the same, it is no different than a box brand. The ammonia is much much stronger and burns my scalp, the color does not last and feels gummy on my scalp even after washed.
