NO ME GUSTO EL COLORNo me gusto el color es muy oscuro. Después de haber hablado con una especialista casi por media hora ella me dijo que me enviaría un RUBIO OSCURO CON NEUTRALIZANTES. Recibí CASTAÑO CLARO con neutralizante y el color no me gusto. No era lo que yo tenía en mente. Tampoco me gusto que el tinte tiene mucho AMONIACO y yo tengo problemas de asma y me ahogo el olor. Awful business practicesI purchased what I thought was a one time color order to get me through the covid19 stay at home order but was surprised to get a notice from PayPal of another shipment. I logged on and canceled the subscription right away and called to try to get the charges reversed since it took 2 WEEKS to receive my initial color order but was told they could not reverse the charges or stop the order. PLEASE do not be sucked in by these poor business practices. I'll never use this service again and will never recommend this company to others. faded in 5 daysincorrect product sent, called for further clarification. first sent roots only-spoke with a great person who was so very helpful-talked me through refreshing the rest of my color as indicated in the notes i sent along with a picture...fixed that issue. applied color thursday evening-looked great color was spot on, did not wash until sunday evening-grays coming through at second wash on wednesday morning. 2 von 2 Personen fanden diese Rezension hilfreich.
