FadingI loved the colour when I first coloured my hair and I did notice a huge difference in texture and feel. However after a short time and washing my hair 2 times a week since, my colour is fading quite quickly. I use the volume shampoo/conditioner that was ordered with my colour and the weekly treatment that was ordered with the colour. Pretty colorI rated this a 3 because I do love the color and that is about it. My roots are pretty much all grey and that is what I was really wanting to change and maybe liven up the rest of my hair. Well, it didn't work. My daughter helped with putting the dye in my hair and we followed the instructions to a T, and I still have grey roots, not as much as i started out with but still quite a bit. Hair Fell OutThis was my first touch-up after the initial color. I love the color, but my hair fell out in clumps. I was rinsing the color in the shower during the last stage of the process, and chunks of hair were coming out in my hands. Couldn’t do anything but cry. If you feel you have been losing significantly more than this, you may have had an allergic reaction. Nice product, colour wrongI really wanted to love this service but after 3 tries and the colourist still not getting the colour anywhere near what i wanted i had to give up.
