They matched my faded current hair color and not the color I selectedI specifically stated I wanted a bold copper color and posted my current hair color that was dyed (I was disappointed by the current color I had). The dye turned my color no different color than it was previously colored to be. The result I got was a dark auburn... not an intense copper. Nice if they actually responded to any of my requestsThe color is pretty good. It is as expected and the quality is good. However, if you want to alter your color, you have to get hold of your "personal whomever". Yeah...they don't exist or could care less that you need help. Never hear back from anyone. EVER. So...went to Sally's and have figured it out on my own. Bummer though. I liked the convenience and consistency of the product. But if you like to change it up, there is no real easy way.
