Disappointing!I ordered the bright copper and was excited regarding the product as it had good reviews in comparison to shop box dies. The packaging and content was great, nicely packaged and cute little shampoos and conditioner and even a stain remover and guard. The product in itself was bang average. I have a lot of grey to cover which i noted on ordering. The colour didn't even last 4 washes on my roots and they grey came back through very quickly leaving me with a glarey root and darker ends. This ended up the same colour as last time.I asked to have the colour lightened but it ended up the same colour s before. I am outside a lot for my job and the sun bleaches the red so I wanted to stay with the lightened look but unfortunately it looks exactly like my last hair colour.
