BEWAREBEWARE this is a subscription. I got my first color and they snuck in a subscription. They charged me on the 10th, I received my color on the 27th, and 3-4 days later they charged me $30 for another hair dye package. Results of the hair color and how it colored my hair.Really dried out my hair and the color really wouldn't take on my hair and my hair for years and never had problems with other box products , I would not recommend this product I would be willing to try a different that does not dry out my hair and the color will take on my hair. 0 von 0 Personen fanden diese Rezension hilfreich. Great that is customized but....It’s nice that they try to customize it for you. But the color that I got was way darker than I expected. It was suppose to be light brown but the color I received was like a dark brown! Not good 🤦🏻♀️ 0 von 0 Personen fanden diese Rezension hilfreich. Du auch? |

Color wasn’t as dark as I wantedI absolutely loved the package and how the products are presented. I feel like there should be three pairs of gloves provided since there was 3 different steps but the gloves were good quality! Sadly my color did not turn out nearly as dark as the soft black (intense pearl) that I ordered and my roots turned out even lighter than the rest :( 0 von 0 Personen fanden diese Rezension hilfreich. Clown red hairI’m a natural redhead with some grays. Months ago I had my hair colored darker with some dark red highlights. I chose the copper red color for my hair, explained I wanted the highlights gone and sent a pic of my hair. Now most of my hair is clown red, with brownish roots and an orange colour where the highlights were. This is so much worse than it was before I really don’t want to go out in public. Turned my roots a brassy orange colour :(The ends of my hair are ok - and came out as the ash brown/blonde i wanted, but my roots are brassy, copper orange colour :( Not impressed! and not sure how to fix this now... disappointed after waiting for a month for it to arrive. 0 von 0 Personen fanden diese Rezension hilfreich. So disappointed!I did not receive what I wanted, which was all over color and lighten a teeny tiny bit. I got Roots Only! So they think it's a good idea to just lighten my roots. When I contacted them about this they said that was the best way to do this so. I thought these were professional stylist??? There's also no way to respond to my stylist or the person that just sent me a message. I have to go back in and start all over again with somebody new that will get my message. Nice color. Need better coverage.The color that was adjusted for me is nice but it’s been maybe two weeks and my grays are already starting to poke back through.
