Un peu déçue...Bonjour, J'ai fait la couleur reçue,assez tard. Easy to apply but colour wasn't what I asked for....The process of applying was a breeze and the kit contains everything you need to colour your hair. Sadly I asked for a cool/neutral shade of brown with no red or golden tones. The result is extremely red/golden so it's not what I asked for. My hair feels pretty healthy and the colour is vibrant but it's much warmer than I asked for. Did not Cover Gray roots at all!I was excited to try this custom hair color at home since not being able to get to my hairdresser. Product arrived with easy to follow directions, but the gray coverage was terrible, did not cover at all. Hair colorI want to give this more stars! I plan to continue using this hate color system but I still haven't found the right color. So it's frustrating. Gray coverageI was disappointed in the coverage... Should have gone to bootsWhat a disappointing product. Followed all 'personalised' instructions stringently. The product went everywhere - all over the bathroom. Results. GREY hairs remain and dull lifeless ends. I had some remaining dye left over so I persevered and re-did my grey on the hairline with NO results. Product is very chemically and now I have a burning scalp to boost. Have had far superior results from a £6 box of dye from the chemist.
