Greys back within 3 weeks :(The colour was good. Originally I thought it was a bit dark for me but I've got used to it and I really like the shade! However, I've never used a colour that shows grey hair 3 weeks after application. Normally I get 5 weeks at least from a hair dye. Great quality, less than desired resultThe color seems to be really good quality and everything felt safe and healthy for my hair. The final result of the hair dye just didn’t end up like the picture even though I followed directions exactly. It just didn’t change my color enough. Thankyou xThankyou so much, I originally chose my own blend of colours, which didnt cover my greys, the experts re formulated the tones I wanted and it did the job perfectly, I would also recommend the shine silk for dry frizz prone hair. Great color and customer service!This was my second hair color order with eSalon. I needed to adjust the color after my first hair color order because I did not like the lightness/golden tone of it. The customer service team was helpful and made an adjustment in my color and I am very happy with my new shade! So glad I found this company.
